Doug does not try to schmooze you. He is honest, upfront, and very knowledgeable. All employees I dealt with were very friendly. Everything was great until it came for them to pay off my trade in vehicle. The sales staff was excellent but they still have not paid off my trade and it has been over two weeks. I signed an agreement stati trade in vehicle. The sales staff was excellent but they still have not paid off my trade and it has been over two weeks. I signed an agreement stating they would pay the trade off in seven to fourteen days, they breached this agreement. When I first called they put the blame on Golden One. After verifying this was untrue they promised to overnight a check to the lender. I am still waiting and have not received a conformation of this and have only gotten voice mail since then. My trade is for sale on there website and is sitting on there lot yet has not been paid for. The sale staff is great but when it comes to the management watch out they are sub par at best and possibly even crooks. More
We were not planning to purchase a vehicle the day we went in. A sales manager had Edwin assist us with our interest in a 2011 Elantra. After we decided to purchase the vehicle on site it was truly the fastest experience in purchasing a new vehicle. We had a previous engagement and Edwin busted a move to get us out in a timely manner. Cajun (hope I'm spelling his name correctly) was the financial person and he too hustled with accuracy. While we were going through the financial process, Edwin was getting our requested after market items taken care of toensure our timely departure. Our overall experience was stellar. Doug, my sales rep, made sure the car was detailed and clean before I drove it home. He also went the extra mile and picked me up at another establishment where I had to turn in my used truck. He even showed me how to pair up my cell phone with the built in blue tooth on the stereo system. I absolutely love that feature! I never felt pressured and absolutely love my new Sonata!
