To make a long story short,I had a verbal agreement with the sales manager Jason C. on a new Hyundai Sonata. Soon after he had asked me to take a seat so he could complete some other tasks. I was greeted by Jourdin as soon as we entered the showroom and began the process of looking for the model we were looking for. My husband went in for a test drive and had made an appointment. He was pressured into signing papers that he thought were just to check his credit, but they already had the VIN number of a car that h appointment. He was pressured into signing papers that he thought were just to check his credit, but they already had the VIN number of a car that he had never even seen before. They promised him leather seats, navigation system, and many other bells and whistles. When the car finally arrived, it had none of these features. When my husband asked about it, he was told there was nothing they could do becasue he signed a contract. We decided not to take the car, and they told us that we had no choice unless we wanted to reposses the car. My husband never even drove the car becasue he knew that this was not the car he was promised. Joey, the sales manager, was very arragant and rude. Our last conversation with him on the phone ended when he said, "Fine, don't accept our service," and he hung up on us. More
