The thing I liked the most was the price. I asked for the best price...and received it the 1st time. Took me 2 weeks of shopping around to realize I was given the best price the 1st time. He was so awesome during the entire process. He made things very easy. No pressure at all. He sincerely cared about us. Everyone was very friendly and not pushy. They excepted the fact that I had already done my research on line and knew all the particulars about the car I was buying. Joey was great as my first contact over the phone. He was even patient when I couldn't make it on Friday or Saturday or Sunday like I thought I could. Weather was awful. Tommy was great with the paperwork. No hassles when I didn't want any of the option service contracts. Gaylynn was also helpful about a DMV question when I called today. Tommy was out of his office at the time and Gaylynn asked my questions thoroughly and is sending me the extra paperwork I need to change how the Title will read and to use our existing handicap plates.
