I am extremely pleased with the amazing service I received at Roseville Hyundai. Horace and Jason were very helpful and pleasant. This has to be one of the last honest Dealerships around. I was looking for a used car, and found one with a really good price on the internet. The salesman, P.J. Pisca, was very helpful and not pushy or abrasive. He was, in fact, very sweet and personable. He did everything he could to make my visit/purchase very enjoyable. And his finance manager, Tommy, was equally as pleasant. I had gone to another dealer in Sacramento the night before, and they checked my credit and came up with a detestable credit score. Then they plopped a paper on the desk where I was sitting that told me they couldn't offer me a loan, and walked away. At Roseville Hyundai, they told me my score was 642 and congratulated me. I was getting a car. I was ecstatic! This was the most fun I'd ever had in purchasing a car. Very nice people, and they made my boyfriend and me feel at home. I needed proof of insurance, and since it was left at home P.J. let me use his computer to look up my insurance and print what was needed. When I am in need of another car, Roseville Hyundai will be the first place I go to. I just hope that P.J. Pisca and Tommy are still there. I had sworn I would never deal directly with a dealership again after a bad experience years ago (not at Roseville) but after my auto broker could not locate the car I wanted for a price anywhere near what I again after a bad experience years ago (not at Roseville) but after my auto broker could not locate the car I wanted for a price anywhere near what I could get it for at Roseville, I decided to bite the bullet and deal with a dreaded dealership again in order to save a few thousand dollars. I went in last night, worried that I would walk out feeling taken advantage of again but instead I had the best dealership experience I've heard of. The car was very fairly priced and there was no pressure from anybody to try to get me to spend more than I wanted to or to buy something I wasn't interested in. I drove over 200 miles round trip to buy my car at Roseville and I'm really glad I did! My salesman was Edwin Guadamuz and he was wonderful to deal with. Very friendly, personable, and extremely honest. Kajen Jackson handled setting up the paperwork and he too was very pleasant and didn't put any pressure on me at all. The dealership was busy so there was a little waiting involved but Edwin made sure to check up on us regularly so we never felt neglected and overall the wait was not too long. Edwin was able to answer all of my weird questions about the car and did a great job showing me how all the gizmos work and helped me set up some of the features. It's really apparent that he enjoys his work and I had fun talking to him throughout the process. Kajen knew the answers to everything I asked about on the warranty and service agreements and was also very plesant to chat with while he did his work. I never felt pressured, condescended to, or misled by either of them; instead I was actually able to relax and enjoy the excitement of getting a shiny new car. Overall an impressively good interaction and I will definitely call Edwin first the next time I need ANYTHING! I would even consider another 200 mile round trip if I needed something important for my car - they were THAT good. Thanks so much, Edwin & Kajen - you guys made my day! (And I love my new car!) More

I went to Roseville Hyundai to take a look at the new Genesis and was greeted by my sales person Edwin. What impressed me the most is when I told him that I was not ready to buy at that moment he still treated me well and did not try any cheesy sales pitch. Feeling confident that this was the car I wanted I explained to Edwin that I had to speak with my wife before I could make a decision and that my wife was at home. What happened next shocked me! He offered to drive the car to my home over thirty minutes away so my wife could see the vehicle. Upon arriving at my home Edwin step back and let my Wife and I take our time to discuss the vehicle on our own. My wife really liked the car so we decided to head back to the dealership to make an offer on the car. The negotiation was painless we had a quote from a competing dealership and they not only matched it they beat it! I would recommend this dealership and especially my salesperson to anybody looking to be treated well and looking for a great deal! More

The process of buying a car is always something that I always hate to do but at Roseville Hyundai they make it so simple. I was greeted right away by Steven as I arrived at the dealership. Steven was very patient with me and answered all the questions that I had. I was torn between two different cars and he helped me make the final decision on buying a new 2012 Elantra. We went on a complete test drive and once we got back he went over the pricing on the vehicle with me as well as the different financial options that I had. Steven was able to save me money on the car and showed me that other dealerships were marking up the cars. That helped me to make my decision a lot easier. The finance department was great as well, Tommy went over my contracts and also put value on buying an extended warranty on the car. Overall the experience at Roseville Hyundai was the best I have ever had and I can't see myself buying another car from anyone else. Keep up the good work. More
When we picked up our new car, we were asked to cancel original contract but not given the real reason. It turned out that the car we picked up had a different vin # than the original contract and we end original contract but not given the real reason. It turned out that the car we picked up had a different vin # than the original contract and we ended up also having to sign a cancellation of the original contract. When we got home the discrepancy was not noticed until the wrong contract got shredded. The cancellation of the original contract form listed the Vin # of the car they actually delivered to us. For three weeks we have been trying to get a copy of the correct contract with the correct vin #. The sales person has called several times to check on how we like the car but neither of the closers did until the original closer called back and said I should call the Folsom location to get the copy I needed. I asked him if he could just please call the Folsom office and he said No, he was busy, but did give me the phone #. We obviously feel they don't care about their customers and we have no reason to ever return to this dealership. More
