When we arrived, we had the opportunity to browse the cars before getting assaulted by sales reps which was nice. When we were ready, a sales rep was ready for us and we met Terry. He was extremely informative and answered all our questions quickly and accurately. Anything we requested, he jumped at the chance to please. He even ran around the car lot, in the dark, to find us the perfect exterior and interior colors for us. The only two things we were a little disappointed in was the lack of options without upgrading to a different model car, and the lack of finance people available so we had to wait a couple hours to get our paperwork processed. Even while we waited though, Terry kept us company, showed us around, brought us water and coffee, and showed us all the cool things our new car could do. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had, by far! More

Tommy (finance) explained various options carefully and completely, and provided helpful advice without being at all "pushy." (Plus he found me financing that was slightly cheaper than my credit union had offered!) The dealership is huge, yet the attentiveness of the staff make you feel like a valued customer rather than a number. I have confidence that the service department will attend to all our needs in the future. I will definately be referring friends to Roseville Hyundai in the future! More

He answered all my questions, took time show me how all the extra features worked, and made sure everything was set up before I drove off. I feel that I got a good price for a great car. Desiree in finance was also very friendly and helpful. Roseville Hyundai provided excellent customer service throughout the entire transaction. We were happy to find that Roseville's impressive inventory included the Venetian Red Hyundai Sonata Hybrid with premium package we had been searching for. The price was competitive and the trade in value Roseville offered clinched the deal. Our sales person was Raymond Smith. He was very personable and seemed knowledgeable about the car but did not hesitate to get help with any questions where we needed additional information. I think that I have accomplished that with the friendly and very helpful assistance of the three people with whom I dealt. I'm sure that all of them went out of their way to have the vehicle I wanted available and to help me get the best pricing possible. In addition they worked very well accomodating my wish to trade in my current car at a reasonable price. The process did seem to take quite a while but the dealership appeared to be very busy and I think there were some problems with their computers.
