I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Roseville Hyundai and especially Mr. Edwin Guadamuz. Edwin was very friendly from the instant I walked onto the lot and made me feel welcome from th Roseville Hyundai and especially Mr. Edwin Guadamuz. He listened carefully to what I was looking for, and proceeded to show me vehicles that fit my requested criterion. Edwin was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions fully. Edwin made what has been in the past at other dealerships a "painful paperwork experience" a quick and basically painless one at Roseville Hyundai. Although the computer system that Edwin wanted to use to show me how to log on to myhyundai.com was down, he even had another employee double check that indeed the system was down and told me he would be happy to help me over the phone, or let me come back in to follow up. He let me name the day and time and I came back two days later when he did walk me through the website, Blue Link features, etc. I felt that this displayed excellent customer service and I feel confident that if I were to call Edwin with questions or concerns he would be happy to help me. I would also like to mention that Ms. Desiree Latour was extremely helpful, kind and efficient in her processing of the paperwork! In my opinion these empoloyees are a great asset to your business, and helped to make my overall experience at Roseville Hyundai a positive one. I purchased a 2012 Elantra. First person i dealt with was Sam, he was rude arrogant and pushy. Treated me like a dumb broke kid that didn't know what I was doing, and the test drive was more like a drivers e Sam, he was rude arrogant and pushy. Treated me like a dumb broke kid that didn't know what I was doing, and the test drive was more like a drivers ed test. He pissed me off so I left. Against my better judgement I came back. I dealt with Steve the second time he was the only reason i bought a car there. Steve doesn't fit the general rude and arrogant vibe of this dealership, he is a down to earth real person. Lastly finance, I dealt with Kajun. Holy cow this guy was pushy about me getting stuff on the car I did not want, even after i said no about ten times and signed the papers he still pestered me. Then he was so lazy that i had to do all the work and get the Purchase agreement to my finance company. He said its your responsibilty to contact them thats it didn't tell me what i needed or any further instruction. Point is if you want customer service you only have one person there "Steve" that will not be arogant and rude and pushy. More

When we arrived, we had the opportunity to browse the cars before getting assaulted by sales reps which was nice. When we were ready, a sales rep was ready for us and we met Terry. He was extremely informative and answered all our questions quickly and accurately. Anything we requested, he jumped at the chance to please. He even ran around the car lot, in the dark, to find us the perfect exterior and interior colors for us. The only two things we were a little disappointed in was the lack of options without upgrading to a different model car, and the lack of finance people available so we had to wait a couple hours to get our paperwork processed. Even while we waited though, Terry kept us company, showed us around, brought us water and coffee, and showed us all the cool things our new car could do. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had, by far! More

Tommy (finance) explained various options carefully and completely, and provided helpful advice without being at all "pushy." (Plus he found me financing that was slightly cheaper than my credit union had offered!) The dealership is huge, yet the attentiveness of the staff make you feel like a valued customer rather than a number. I have confidence that the service department will attend to all our needs in the future. I will definately be referring friends to Roseville Hyundai in the future! More
