When we went into the dealership, we were only there to test drive a car so we could compare it to another make. As soon as we got there we fell in love with the Elantra. Our salesmen was Steve Perron and he was so helpful and made it such a fun and enjoyable experience that I will be returning there to buy our next car, (yes we did buy the Elantra today). I came to buy and 2012 Veloster and was told one was on it's way (about a month) and that they would make me a contract for it so it would be "mine". This took 2.5 hours. If they found one exactly like t it's way (about a month) and that they would make me a contract for it so it would be "mine". This took 2.5 hours. If they found one exactly like the one I ordered before a months time they would call me and give me the option to purchase that one instead. What I went home with was a contract with a false vin number. I later found out from another Hyundai dealership that the vin number wasn't even for that type of car After calling and trying to get more information on this vin and when my car would come in I got bounced from one sales guy to the next with no one able to track it or tell me any information. Not a sales man, sales manager or finance person will call me back to talk about this contract. I want to make sure it's voided and that I will not be receiving a bill for an imaginary car in the future. This business also has an "F" rating with the BBB. Beware! More

From the first moment we walked into the showroom Edwin put us at ease with his demeanor. As the sale progressed, his personality continued to shine with witty comments. The Sales team added $800.00 to the final price of the loan. In there words, its cost 800.00 cause we had bad credit. Then got rushed out when we said we would not pay the 800.00. I would like to say that the Roseville Hyundai dealership was excellent to work with. Chris, Brian and Edwin were extremely friendly and got right to the point of what my mother's needs were: to find a relia was excellent to work with. I communicated what my mom was looking to pay for the new vehicle (Tucson GLS) and to my surprise they were able to get her more vehicle than I expected for the price she was looking to pay. Amazing! No pressure, no haggle and no back and forth! The vehicle was delivered detailed and full of fuel. Edwin took extra time to ensure my mother understood all of the features (more than she will ever use but at least she will know how if she decides to be adventurous) and knew exactly how to operate them. Both guys were friendly and explained things to me. They answered all of my questions, and I had many. I was given a run down of how my new vehicle works (very different from my old one), so driving off th answered all of my questions, and I had many. I don't know; it was just a nice experience in comparison to my other past experiences (at different dealerships) when buying a car. It's (making large purchases) just a stressful thing for me but Mike and Jason made it so much better. It was the first and only dealership I visited in my search for my brand new Tucson!
