I went in looking to see what my options were as far as getting out of my previous lease and trading up for my new, current purchase. When I began looking for a new car, I went to Roseville Hyundai first as I had heard that they had a great lease. I met Nick and he took me on a test drive. Before we left I explained to him that I would Hyundai first as I had heard that they had a great lease. I met Nick and he took me on a test drive. Before we left I explained to him that I would not be buying anything today, but just starting my search. That made no difference to Nick, he treated me as though I was buying the car that very day. He took the time to show me all of the features of the vehicle. The safety and the tech features. We then drove the car and I loved it. I thanked him and then went on with my search. I tested several other cars that day. I compared all of them to the Elantra and none of them could match it. Plus, not one of the other dealership sales persons, took the time that Nick did and mostly talked about themselves or talked on the phone. Then we decided to buy instead of leasing I went back to Hyundai and negotiated with Nick and the sales manager a great price for a 2011 Elantra. I must say if not for Nick and the car made me come back and buy. I was treated great by all the other staff as well Cajin in the finance department was great as well. We didn't love any of the colors at the Rosevile location so our consultant George pulled up cars at the Folsom dealership finding one we were very interested in. He drove us over there to look at the car and it turned out to be the one we purchased. This type and level of service was wonderful and we didn't ever once feel pressured to purchase. The price was right and for being a used card, the car is in great condition. Working on financing with Audra was so easy and painless. Being this was my first true car purchase experience, I was prepared for the worst but, found everything to be very easy and easy understand the entire process. I would definitely recommend Roseville Hyundai and while there I already found the next car we will be purchasing! More

But David was very patient, and even though it was a HUGE lot filled with Hyundais of every descr salespeople hate: very picky AND on a tight budget. But David was very patient, and even though it was a HUGE lot filled with Hyundais of every description, he seemed to know where everything was re models, colors, price ranges etc. We found a Santa Fe that exactly fit the bill - and then worked with us to get the price where we needed it to be. The sales team did not pressure me, nor were they condescending in any way. In fact they suggested I go home for a while while they worked to put a deal together that worked for me. The salesperson, Sam then called me to come down and in a couple hours I drove away in a spiffy new car. This no pressure style of car buying was a new experience to me and they even gave me a great deal on my trade. More
