I walked into this dealership Friday and was immediately greeted by Edwin. As soon as we walked outside to talk I told him, (remember, within seconds of meeting him) "Look, I am not going to buy a car today greeted by Edwin. I am on my lunch break and I just want to check out the leg room in the Elantra. My husband is not with me, and I won't make a decision without him. I am just interested in looking." He was totally understanding and basically assured me he was not in this business to pressure anyone to buy a car. All he wanted to do was give me the information I needed to make an educated decision on buying a car. I love the style of the Elantra, but I didn't just want the base model, or even the GLS. As soon as I sat in the Limited 2013 Elantra, I wanted it. I knew I wanted it. I told Edwin that, and he still did not pressure me. I basically opened up to him about what I wanted which was a payment in my range and the Limited Edition Elantra with the navigation and back up camera. He worked with me for a few minutes. I told him I needed to go back to work. He grabbed Tommy and Tommy basically asked me what I needed to make that deal possible. I told him and then said I would be back around 530 to discuss a little bit more. They said, you promise? I said, OF COURSE! I needed to get my husband there to talk about the car with me. He wasn't available until around 7. So from 5, when I got back to the store, until after 7 we talked prices. Back and forth, back and forth. They were very understanding of what I needed and never blatantly pressured me to do anything. They offered prices, I offered prices. Finally we came to a deal. Now just to convince my husband! When my husband got there he spoke with Edwin and then Edwin and Tommy. After a couple of hours of back and forth with them on features and price, my husband, the boys and I finally agreed on a price. Oh yeah, they said they didn't have the blue I wanted. At first I was upset, and was thinking there was no way I was walking out of there with the keys to any color but blue. After they said they could offer tent with another color, I thought to myself, the gray would be nice too. I went with that. We shook on that. After we shook on a deal, Tommy went to call the SF store (that is where the car I wanted was located). He came back to me and said, You're never going to believe this. What! I said. We have your blue with gray leather interior! NO WAY! I was ecstatic. It is now Saturday. It took less than 24 hours for Edwin to grab my car from SF. As soon as I saw it, I FELL IN LOVE. Joey was also very pleasant. He was the one working with Edwin and Tommy on my deal. I am actually around $100 over what I wanted to pay per month, but in all reality, this car is well worth it. If I didn't get the limited, I would have been a lot closer to my original monthly payment I wanted. But I just couldn't deal with anything less. I know, I know, SPOILED! In the end, my car actually came with more than I thought it would. I got VERY lucky. I just want to say to Edwin especially, Tommy and Joey, THANK YOU SO MUCH. You were such a pleasure to work with and you BETTER BELIEVE I will be recommending you to EVERYONE I KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!! Cookies next time I see you! Signed, HAPPY GIRL! More
We first went to Roseville Hyundai in 2007 when my husband purchased his new Sonata from George. George was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Plus, he was patient (I really wanted the Santa Fe!). I liked George and the dealership so much that I had my sister come down and get a used car from him! The more we came into the dealership to have the Sonata serviced, the more I grew to like it (OK-I'll admit it-I used to be a car snob-only drove high end sports cars!). Our Service Adviser, Robert, and I bonded over the sports car thing and I kept asking him "Why doesn't Hyundai make a RWD car? You KNOW I don't do FWD!" He would just look at me and laugh. One day, I walked in and he had a brochure and was smiling and holding it up. It was the Genesis! We came back in June 2010 and traded the Sonata in on a new Elantra and a Genesis 3.8 Track that we purchased from Edwin. Another great experience. Edwin was every bit as helpful and patient as George was. My car (the Genesis) was on the showroom floor so it took a bit of maneuvering to get it out and they had some special chrome rims on it that I didn't want (I played car designer and pointed out that the chrome would look much better on the black one!)so they had to change them out. Roseville Hyundai is my dealer for life! I would send ANYONE I know here! I'll take them over the snooty luxury car dealerships anyday! Hyundai, with their reasonable prices, treats their customers like Kings and Queens. I've paid through the nose to be treated like something they stepped in by supposedly "classy" dealers. HYUNDAI RULES!!! Keep up the good work! Customer service DOES matter! More
We visited 4 dealerships in ou search for a new Hyundai Sante Fe. Roseville Hyundai and particularly their salesperson, Brandon, was the best of the group. Brandon was very knowledgeable about Sante Fe's, explaining everything in detail, answering all our questions. Price negotiations went smoothly and without pressure. The Sante Fe came with a car wash and a full tank of gas (Wow). Upon delivery, Brandon (once again) took the time to explain in detail, the workings of the vehicle, including the navigation system, all wheel drive, down hill auto braking, backup camera, garage door opener, and he even programed our cellphone to the bluetooth system. When purchasing your next vehicle give Brandon and Roseville Hyundai a chance. The large inventory won't disappoint you. More

It's been a nightmare with the financing guy, Cajun. He's rude, unhelpful, demeaning and only cares about getting paid! It's been two weeks, still trying to resolve my situation and every time I talk to this guy I hang up so upset and frustrated. Never have I been treated this way as a customer anywhere! He only gives me ultimatums, making me think it is the only option. When I asked my bank, they informed me that he had gotten me to agree to refinance which there will be a $200 application fee I will have to pay for. My situation still has not been resolved and I keep having to leave messages and no one calls me back. I just want to get this over with. More
