Do not trust the salesman, Brandon..Arrogant and too slick..He makes promises that he cannot keep. Promised us a second key (which should come with a brand new car) and we still do not have it. I found a scratch on the front bumper before we left and he said No problem, that would be taken care of. ...THey are not to be trusted. We have had a HORRIBLE experience and I urge everyone to stay away and take the extra drive to Elk Grove. Elk Grove was recommended by Car Pro. We received a call from the Service Dept. to get the second key programmed and take care of the deep scratch in the front. The painter was to be there on Thursday so we made our appt. for that day. Dropped it off in the morning and at 4:00 we receive call saying that the Service Mgr. did not sign off on the repair . He has not called us back and it is almost a week later. It's obvious that the Sales and Service depts. are not in sync. Our hopes are that the Service Mgr. makes this right. We purchased a brand new Sonata Hybrid.... Our recommendation: STAY AWAY More

We were VERY impressed by the level of customer service provided. The color car we wanted was not on their lot or any of their nearby lots so our salesman, Doug Magee drove all the way to Benicia (the por provided. When we came back later that day to pick up our new car from the dealership, Doug reviewed all of the books provided with the car as well as all the features on the car with us before we drove off the lot. We also were impressed by the fact that we did not feel pressured to buy....everyone seemed pretty layed-back. We felt comfortable taking our time making a decision to buy. We negotiated the price completely over the phone, but it still took us 3.5 hours to leave the dealership once we got there. Also, the finance manager told my wife and I that we did not qualify for the Hyundai Tier 1 incentive which was 2.9 % for the car we were buying. He told us that the incentive was actually 3.9, and that we got tier 2 financing which was 4.29. I made some phone calls to confirm that he lied to us, the incentive was 2.9, so the jump was much larger than what he tried to make it sound like. Also, my wifes credit score was 779, and mine was 734. After I confronted my salesman what the finance guy what had happened the situation was fixed quickly. The finance man did not have the courage to do the paper work with us again, so the salesman did it instead. More
I just leased a new 2013 Hyundai Elantra Limited sedan from Roseville Hyundai and had an exemplary experience. I didn't want another expensive BMW lease but wasn't ready to compromise the creature featur from Roseville Hyundai and had an exemplary experience. I didn't want another expensive BMW lease but wasn't ready to compromise the creature features I enjoyed (I.e. Nav, Bluetooth, leather, split rear seats, etc.). My salesperson, Steve, was soft spoken and knew his inventory well. The manager, Jason, worked hard to get the deal I wanted and was very professional throughout the process. The finance manager, Toshi, was thorough and had terrific follow through. After having a poor experience with Neillo BMW, I wasn't expecting to find such a professional team working at Roseville Hyundai. But I was pleasantly surprised. Now I'll be proud to tell everyone I had a phenomenal experience at Roseville Hyundai. No pressure, just hard working, accommodating staff! More
I was very hesitant to purchase a new car since to my last car purchase experiences were horrific. I was driving my family crazy. I over researched which car to buy, where to buy it from and how to finance it. I was basically frozen with apprehension and couldn't make any decision. When I went to Roseville Hyundai I met with Brandon Wood, he was beyond understanding with an enormous amount of patience. He graciously answered every question I had. Plus he explained items I didn't know I needed to know, so that I an intelligent decision regarding purchasing a car. This type of behavior was missing at other dealerships I had visited. Along with this, he listened to my abnormal attitude about not wanting to sell my car. Brandon was great about bringing this concept into reality so I could use my car as a trade in, and not deal with selling it myself. What a wonderful way to treat me. I am more than happy with my choice, a silver Sonata. After walking with me through the different cars on the lot, I was finally able to pick a color and interior I liked. Even though a white car with grey interior would have been ideal, I am more than happy. I would happily refer anyone I know who is looking for a car to Roseville Hyundai, and especially to Brandon.
