He returned some detailed pictures at 4:35pm Monday 28th I returned an email stating that I would like to run some numbers and get the car processed as I was very interested. The next day I still had heard nothing from Mr. Wood. I called back on the 30th and spoke with Jimmy, where I found out he had sold the car on Monday night. I live in San Jose, and easily would have made the trip over. Frustrated to say the least. More
This place is great. I came here not expecting to leave with a car, but they worked with my budget and found me a like new used car. Terry drove an hour and a half to bring me the car I wanted located at a different Hyundai dealership. Since I was there so long he even made me a frozen dinner while I was waiting to sign m papers! Even though I signed for a little higher of a payment than I wanted in the end I got a great deal. I'm so happy I found these guys. They treated both me and my chihuahua like family! And terry if you read this, I found the cup holders! Thanks guys! More

I went into the dealer looking at a Hyundai Elantra and I wanted to get the best deal that I could buy a new car. From the moment that I entered the dealership I was treated with respect and my opinion of t wanted to get the best deal that I could buy a new car. The salesman never tried to show me or sell me something that I did not want. They were friendly and quick. I let the salesman know that I was on limited time and that I needed to get to work that night. I was in and out with a new car in just a couple hours. If everyone got the service that I got at Roseville Hyundai, I bet everyone would be getting a new car and getting one at Roseville Hyundai. I will tell everyone that I know to go there first when looking for a new car! More
The sales person Sam was professional and courtious during the purschase transaction. But it didn't end there. Kendra the Finance manager was awsome. When I purchased a used Santa Fe I was promised lifetime free oil changes. I had previously purchased a vehicle from this dealership in 2007 and I was very pleased with the sale and pursuant service. I referred several friends as well as my daughter who bought a car here in 2010 an in 2007 and I was very pleased with the sale and pursuant service. After my car was totalled in an accident, I visited the dealer again in 2012. At first I felt like they were playing the standard negotiating game of "Let's Make a Deal", but after a heart-to-heart conversation with Jason, I felt he really wanted to make sure I was a satisfied customer and he spent considerable time with me getting me the best possible "deal" on a new Santa Fe. I will continue to refer my friends and family to this dealership as I have confidence in the car and the company. More

We spent all day long at the dealership even though we found the car we wanted and test drove it within the first 30 minutes of being there. The staff was friendly but were completely stubbon on price and found the car we wanted and test drove it within the first 30 minutes of being there. The staff was friendly but were completely stubbon on price and ripped us off on our trade in. I set a limit on the amount I wanted to spend and that was my cap and they were so picky over every single dollar. I wanted to leave so badly but also didn't want to feel like all the time I already spent there was wasted. They also "threw in" a couple things for us like roadside hazard but turns out they did not throw it in, we paid for it when we only accepted it because we thought it was part of the deal. I am happy with the car we got and feel it is a great car but now having time to see the full price with all the additional charges I feel we over paid for the car and I am not too happy about that part. Adding on to my review a MONTH later because everything went down hill! After we got home I realized the vin number was wrong on all our paperwork and called them (over and over again) and they kept saying they would get back to me and NEVER did. Paperwork was supposed to be sent to my Dad because he was my cosigner on my trade in and he STILL hasn't gotten them. We were supposed to receive a new second key and after a month (they said MAX 2 weeks) we finally just showed up at the dealership to get the VIN fixed and find out about the key and the rude finance manager fixed our paperwork (without even an appology for it being wrong or the fact no one ever called us about fixing it) and gave us an old used key that wasn't working! He even said he would go put a new battery in to see if it was the problem and that smug jerk walked back and said it was the FOB that was messed up and o well. (We got a new battery the next day because we didn't trust him and it magically worked but was still used) Also our car started making some engine noise 2 weeks after buying it, its running fine but crazy I have to take it to be checked out already! We will never go back there again! More
