We we returned he made sure that we were all very comfortable while Tommy finished up with other guests, he offered us water and other refreshments which was much appreciated. Tommy was able to get us to a number that was right in our budget and once I had decided to purchase the vehicle, George got to work immediately processing the paperwork to ensure that we got it squared away very quickly. George was very attentive and informative, he let us know every part of the process and he was accurate at giving us a time frame on how long everything would take, which is very important to me (I hate waiting in the dark). I went shopping for a new Sonata for my son. Since I own three Hyundai's and have been serving them at Roseville Hyundai I already knew the owner and the service manager. Spencer answered all our questions and made the transaction as smooth as possible. Brandon Wood the Finance Manager made the paper work quick and simple. Brian Shaffer was very accommodating and he made the deal easy and hassle free. Spencer Widmeyer has been great with follow up as we ordered window tinting to the package. Robert Peace the Service Manager is hands down the best service manager I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable and extremely friendly.
