My husband and I have researching cars for some time and finally decided on a Hyundai. We made the long drive to Roseville but, it was very worth it. We didn't love any of the colors at the Rosevile location so our consultant George pulled up cars at the Folsom dealership finding one we were very interested in. He drove us over there to look at the car and it turned out to be the one we purchased. This type and level of service was wonderful and we didn't ever once feel pressured to purchase. The price was right and for being a used card, the car is in great condition. Working on financing with Audra was so easy and painless. Being this was my first true car purchase experience, I was prepared for the worst but, found everything to be very easy and easy understand the entire process. I would definitely recommend Roseville Hyundai and while there I already found the next car we will be purchasing! More

But David was very patient, and even though it was a HUGE lot filled with Hyundais of every descr salespeople hate: very picky AND on a tight budget. Sam worked tirelessly to get a deal on a new Elantra that will keep me driving safe and reliable transportation for years to com at a price I can afford. The sales team did not pressure me, nor were they condescending in any way. In fact they suggested I go home for a while while they worked to put a deal together that worked for me. The salesperson, Sam then called me to come down and in a couple hours I drove away in a spiffy new car. This no pressure style of car buying was a new experience to me and they even gave me a great deal on my trade. More
My wife and I were mislead straight from the beginning from Future Ford of Roseville. We signed all the paperwork (what felt like all 200) only for them to call us back a week later stating that it was ha from Future Ford of Roseville. We went in to find our payment $200 higher and our APR almost triple. We did all the necessary work over the phone/net so I could avoid this only to find out that the contract we signed was "fluff" or wishful thinking. It's called rollback. These dealers let you take the car off the lot and use it as leverage in an effort to convince the banks to say yes and when they can't secure (or by choice decide not to give you the best to YOUR pocket) the criteria YOU want they "roll" it back onto the lot and into their inventory again. My wife and I called both the sales associate that helped us and the financing guy that helped us and no one would return our phone call. we had to show up in person to find out what was going on and even then THAT guy didn't call us back. There was a great deal of lack of respect by this place. That alone is very dehumanizing We went to the Hyundai of Roseville dealer with our issue. I pointed to the one I wanted, stated my terms and said I am NOT walking off the lot with this car unless there is a lender attached. The dealer stated that they don't do that. No one leaves with a car from their lot until everything is a 100% approved or they have you go home until everything is finalized. We were there for 1.5 hours and when we left there was no question it was a done deal. The extended warranty option was even better than the 3rd party crap the larger dealer offered. The Warranty is directly through Hyundai which means we can go to any location nation wide. Because my wife and I were jaded from Future Ford we were both a bit of a challenge but both Sam & Brian assured us that their dealership was a true family own business with no commission (yearly bonuses truth be told but no sale-by-sale commission checks) so their motivation is your happiness. Sam called a few days later to follow-up just to see how the car was doing and how we were doing. As my family has told me all along, unless you are rich and/or can issue a cashiers check off the bat, steer clear of the automall. Especially Future Ford of Roseville. As a side note, when we returned the fusion we tried to get the next morning after Hyundai they magically dropped our payment by $200 stating that they had a "new development" that morning...again no one bothered to call us to tell US that. More

He was swift in speed with the paperwork and explained all aspect of my deal in a way that was extremely easy for me to understand.
