Samlesh Pal was the salesman/consultant who was assigned to us from the beginning. He took us for our test drive and explained the car and its multitude of features after we made the purchase. This was a tedious process and required considerable patience and the answering of a multitude of questions and requests for clarification, especially in sessions subsequent to the time of purchase.
