We have been looking to bye a car and we thought we were going to get a used one sence our credit was not the best I was going with one dealer but they himha around and I had to wait well during my search I going to get a used one sence our credit was not the best I was going with one dealer but they himha around and I had to wait well during my search I came acrossed Roseville hyunda I had found a pt cruiser and it was used I had my husband call them and told them what we want we talk to Jason the maneger and he said he would get us into a ran new car and we send ya right with our credit no way and he told us you watch I will all you back in 1 minutes and you will have a bran new car I gave him our information and inless then 10 minutes he called us back and said come on down I have you a car so I said ya right we will get there and it will not happen we they sure kept to there work I got me the most beatiufull ban new 2013 Hyundai elantra color is like a deep red I love it and im so very happy with everone that help us I would give them a 10 plus plus plus im very happy they told me the truth they did not haggle up we were in and out of there in 1 hour period I want to tell all my friends if you are looking for a car go there Roseville Hyundai is the best car lot in California everyone treated us so very very nice you were in and out they did not haggle you one bit at all im very happy thank you all very much and Patrick souza deserves and bigg raise he was the best thanks a lot you got one happy customer. The sales people at two of the other dealerships were pushy and wanted us to buy a car as soon as you stepped on the lot. Dave Wilson at Hyundai was a breath of fresh air. He inquired as to what type of vehicle we were looking for and only showed us vehicles that fit our wish list. He was very knowledgeable and not once tried to pressure us into buying a vehicle. When we found the car we wanted, Dave was able to get us a very reasonable price. There was something very soothing about his mannerism that made this experience pleasant. About a week after purchasing our Hyundai Sonata, I received a call from Dave asking how we were enjoying the car, and just checking in. I appreciate that he took the time out of his schedule to follow up with us. This was the 5th vehicle that I have bought new, and not once did I receive a follow up call. Three of my 5 vehicles have been Honda, and one Toyota truck. After my experience at Roseville Hyundai, I would definitely recommend them to friends and family, and they will be my first stop the next time I buy a vehicle. More
