Samlesh Pal was the salesman/consultant who was assigned to us from the beginning. He took us for our test drive and explained the car and its multitude of features after we made the purchase. We especially needed instruction on the use of the Driver Information System for operation of the radio and navigation functions and the establishment of blue tooth connectivity for our cell phones. This was a tedious process and required considerable patience and the answering of a multitude of questions and requests for clarification, especially in sessions subsequent to the time of purchase. Mr. Pal provided all the help that we needed and requested throughout the course of our dealings with him.
