Best Car Buying Experience So Far I will try to say as little as possible here. I have not had a sales experience like this before. This is only my second car purchase, but I have been to well over 30 dealerships. This process was simple. I had a trade in. They gave me blue book value. I had been given a couple offers already at other dealerships but they were not even close. As far as price for the new car, I got well under MSRP. Price was even below KBB fair purchase price. They didn't play games. They gave offer, I asked for a little more, and they said ok. I came to the dealership with no intent on buying a car, just wanted the trade in offer to consider. Recently we decided to buy a new vehicle and elected to purchase a 2014 Hyundai Tucson from Roseville Hyundai. We visited the Roseville dealership on March 28, 2014, and our experience that day from arrival to departure was both informative and enjoyable. As we approached the Hyundai dealership building, we were greeted by Samlesh Pal (Sammy), who greeted us with a welcoming smile and friendly demeanor. After introducing himself, Sammy led us into the sales area and introduced us to the sales manager. Sammy then led us to a quiet and comfortable area wherein he gathered information from us with respect to the make, model and color of car we wanted and responded to our request to do a test drive. Since our first color preference—Laguna Blue or a lighter blue-- was not available, Sammy selected a Gray 2014 Tucson GLS for the test drive; and off we went. During the test drive, Sammy was responsive to all our questions. Upon our returning to the sales center and indicating that we wished to purchase this vehicle, Sammy walked us through the purchase process. Never once during our experience did we feel pressured; and while Sammy was not able to produce our initial color preference, we realized the color he suggested was the right choice for us. Following our purchase, Sammy ensured that the gas tank was full and that the antennae, floor mats, and requested CARG-O-COVER were installed. He also took additional time to familiarize us with the various features of our new 2014 GLS Tucson. Throughout the entire experience, Sammy provided excellent customer service. After speaking with Brian Shaffer on the phone, my husband and I chose to come to Roseville Hyundai to look for a new Sonata. We live in Stockton, but the drive was well worth our time. After deciding on a beautiful silver Sonata, we asked that the seats be changed out to leather and, again, Patrick helped us pick a color . Patrick was a joy to work with and we have already told some friends to seek him whenever they are ready to shop. Today, Patrick delivered the Sonata to our front door and graciously took time to demonstrate all the features of the car.
