Initial experience went sour, 4 days later! I can't retract my previous, raving review, so here is the latest. We thought we were getting a great deal and without the usual dealership hassles. I can't retract my previous, raving review, so here is the latest. We thought we were getting a great deal and without the usual dealership hassles. We found the car, paid cash, and came home happy. Three days later the dealership calls to inform me that we were short $1000. It was counted by three people, myself included. I couldn't believe it and didn't feel right about what he was telling me. Meanwhile, we had the car inspected by our mechanic and found that it needed $1300 worth of work. Evidently, the dealership missed the battery and the fuel gauge was broken and needed the float replaced at the tank. Not to mention, the suggested maintenance of the transmission and differentials that should have occurred, based on the mileage, hadn't been done. I informed the dealer I would not be giving them any more money and I am now considering going after them for the additional costs for repairs. This is everything I wanted to avoid! I paid cash to avoid any further hassles. I am so disappointed and won't refer friends to this dealership. More

Found the Veloster Turbo thanks to Jason Spiegel and Mellissa Cabral. After testing Mellissa's knowledge of their inventory, we found the ONE. Test drove and fell in love! After a frank discussion, we were able to work a deal and the folks were the best to work with all the way through to Kajen Jackson in Finance. He was an amazing sales man, he didnt try to push me into buying anything at all. he let me make decisions and we agreed on a price rather quickly. Then i met with the Finance advisor, Audrey. She was amazing and talked me through everything and was able to advise me of a lot of valuable information. By far this was the most quick, painless, best experience i have had with a dealership. He first discussed with me the options and colors I was interested in. He then showed me the Tucson, going over the options and features of the Tucson. At the same time he compared the features with what I would later see on the Santa Fe. When it came time for the test-drive, I told him there was a certain (read: bumpy) road I wanted to drive the cars on and he said wherever I wanted to drive them was fine so up the freeway we drove and then back down the bumpy road. This process was repeated with the Sante Fe Sport. When we were finished, he asked what I thought and I told him which car I was interested in. He showed me a few numbers and I filled out the paperwork and voila! A new Santa Fe Sport came home with me. The finance manager, Brandon, was easy to work with and I never felt pressured at any time during this process. More
I don't buy cars often, so I like to shop cars for price. Typically, the Bay Area dealers will make serious bids for your business, and you can make the local dealers quite uncomfortable by bringing these in Typically, the Bay Area dealers will make serious bids for your business, and you can make the local dealers quite uncomfortable by bringing these in for competitive pricing. Even though the bids are quite soft, it's hard for them to differentiate them from solid offers. Be prepared to buy your car in Sunnyvale if this doesn't work out - the local guys just might get pissed off and throw you out, if you try to have as many numbers as them it won't work, so, just stick to the numbers that you really need to make the deal work. At Roseville Hyundai, they won't let you buy that Sunnyvale pipe-dream; they will figure out a way to sell you the exact car that you want. In addition to that, the management team at Roseville is top notch, and believes in taking care of their people first. A lot of dealers will take a great deal out of the grunt sales guys pocket, and you have to sit through that whole cry me river song. Make your best deal at this dealership, and the salesperson still gets full commission, regardless of how hard you squeezed them. Been buying cars for a lot of years - never seen that policy utilized anywhere. So, my Azure 2014 Genesis 2.0L Coupe, drives like a sports car should, moves between cars, 65 to 90, like a sky blue dream, looks like a million bucks on the outside, and is only slightly cheap on the interior. Mix that with a sticker price well below the Sonata, I threw in the emblems package, so I'm still waiting to get my wings, and you've got the best value play on the planet. I think I'm falling in love. More
