Spencer Widmeyer met with us, sho After weeks of researching makes of cars, reviews, prices, and visiting many dealers, we came to Roseville Hyundai. Spencer Widmeyer met with us, showed us several models, always inquiring what would desire in a new SUV. After test driving the Hyundai Tucson Limited, we returned home for further discussion and to think on it for a few hours. Spencer's knowledge of the 2014 Tucson Limited was second to none. Prior to deciding whether Pam and I were going to buy or lease, Spencer made some suggestions that ultimately helped us decide in what direction was best for us to go. Spencer is my kind of salesman. I am from the old school, and it find it totally refreshing to have a salesman such as he, take pride in his work, never making us feel pressured while he tried to make a sale, and making us feel like a VIP, especially in this day and age. Once we decided that we had made the right choice for us, Spencer took as much time as we needed to make sure we understood how to operate our new vehicle, prior to leaving the Dealership. Audrey in the finance office was a real pleasure. She generated, covered the Lease Agreement and was very knowledgeable making the paper work process extremely easy. Our overall experience with Spencer, Audrey, and Roseville Hyundai was fantastic. I would highly recommend that anyone in the market for a new vehicle, to be sure to check them out. Never owned a Hyundai previously and were interested in the hatchback Elantra. It was about 96 outside but the salesman, John Johnstone was quick to greet us and offer assistance. John asked us what we really needed/wanted in a car and he narrowed down the cars we should take a look at. We loved the huge selection (guess because it was Memorial day weekend) never seen so many cars in one lot. We test drove one, asked a millionaire questions and John answered each one. We were pretty sure we were sold on the Elantra GT but I had a child to pick up in one hour and wanted to come look in the morning to finalize. John asked if he could make us a great offer and get us out the door in 30 minutes would we do deal tonight. I doubted that could actually happen...it did. They were never pushy, understood I needed to get the deal completed quickly and were professional the entire time. Still amazed with all the extras you get with the a Hyundai, blue tooth, electric doors,etc. Very pleased and it is such a sporty looking car compared to the Elantra sedan. Highly recommend John and Roseville Hyundai. Thank you John and Brandon for getting the deal done in a flash. Love our new car! More

We ended up buying a 2013 Hyundai Sonata that day because we simply could not pass it up. James was easy to work with and very friendly, with a good sense of humor. He was a man of his word, coming through on any promises he made! The deal ran smoothly, especially with Audrey as our finance consultant. She went through every page of paperwork, making sure I understood and felt comfortable with my decisions. Once again, she was easy to work with and very friendly, with a great sense of humor. Instead of a day full of stress and frustration, we were smiling and at ease. It ended up being a great day and we got a great car. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family for a low stress car buying experience! More

From the time we drove on the lot, to the time we took delivery of our new 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited I was impressed. Spencer Widmeyer greeted us with a genuine smile and a handshake. He asked what we were interested in and listen. He then showed us what we were interested in and we went for a drive. I had done my homework on the particular vehicle we were interested in and new what we wanted. I told Spencer where we needed to be financially and he worked with management to get us there. No going back and forth over price. After the paper work was done, Spencer introduced us to the parts department and service people. We had some dealer installed options added on, the communication and expectation were set and met. They even came to my house with a shuttle so I could drive my new Hyundai home. I cant say enough. My dad recommended that I turn the Jeep in for something a bit more reliable. He had heard good things from family members about Hyundai so he came up to help me pick one out. I left that day with a lease for a 2012 Hyundai Elantra. I loved the car. The gas mileage was great, it was big enough to hold our family, and it was fun and safe to drive. Now that this lease is ending, my husband and I came in to decide if I should buy my current Hyundai or trade it in. Car stuff is not my idea of a good time but this entire trip went so smoothly. PJ directed us to Patrick. I told Patrick that I was interested in sticking with the Elantra but I wanted to look at the car colors and interior options. They had many cars to choose from and he was patient when I was comparing interiors colors. We did a test drive and he pointed out all the features. I was sold! They helped me with my lease that was ending, they set up my online account, and Finance was a breeze. We were in and out in 2 hours. That's amazing! Patrick was incredibly helpful, he even set up my phone to blue tooth. I couldn't be more pleased with our experience. It's nice to know that he didn't force us into a car just to make a sale. He was patient and understanding with what I was wanting to purchase. I ended up leaving with exactly what I want. If this car is anything like my 2012 Hyundai, I will continue to be a dedicated customer. I highly recommend the Hyundai and I encourage you to ask for Patrick when you stop in! More
Good experience We visited the dealership twice. Originally we were looking at a used Sonata the dealership had advertised, but it was already sold when we got there We visited the dealership twice. Nick showed us a couple other used Sonatas but he also let us know that their were good deals on the new ones. We looked at a new one and we liked it. We got as far as talking price, but we weren't ready to purchase that day because we hadn't had a chance to do any research into the cost of a new Sonata. They respected that without too much persistence and let us walk. We did some research and thought about it for a week, and then went back today and bought a new Sonata GLS. Spencer helped us out with the purchase. He found the exact car in the color we wanted. Then we met with Audrey the finance person. We weren't financing through the dealership, but she was very thorough in explaining all the details on the factory warranty, as well as the additional warranties that were offered, but without giving us the hard sell. Once the deal was done, we met up with Spencer again and he showed us all the features of the car and how to operate everything. The sales people work on a flat commission, at least that's what I was told, which is in the consumer's favor. That way they can focus on getting you the car you want, rather than trying to sell you up to a higher price model or trim level. All in all, a very good buying experience. More
