Bought a new 2014 Sonata today One of the few times that buying a new car was not a trying experience. Sale by Sam and paperwork by Audrey was all done with speed and efficiency. quick easy friendly This was my first time buying a brand new vehicle. I was working with Patrick and told him my price range, then we went and looked at some cars. He made some recommendations based off of what i needed for the commute and my interest in a vehicle. I was looking for a commuter ( maybe a elantra) come to find out the Elantra was more than i was looking for and he was quick to point out the Volester. This car was 5k less then the Elantra and was fitting my personality a little more. It was sportier, Same great gas mileage, and I didn't feel like I just bought a "mom car". I appreciate the time and thought he put into my experience and not once, did I feel like a number to him. More

Each dealership I visited over the next few days across northern california left me quite disappointed with the low qualty of service, professionalism, and knowledge of the salespeople. Upon returning to Roseville Hyundai, the sales staff worked very hard to arrange everything I needed to get into a new car. Having had my previous car totalled, they understood my urgency and price restrictions and were very accomodating. Definitely worth returning to them in the future! More

No pressure is the key word here, and Diego was very knowledgeable of the product that he sells. I went in to see and drive the Sonata and really wasn't sure that I would be buying that soon. Once I drove the Hybrid, it was clear that I wanted to purchase one. Diego was able to answer all of my questions, and locate the vehicle in the color and equipped with all of the things I wanted. I would send any of my family or friends to this dealership, as they are very concerned with the consumers experience in buying or just testing the vehicles. I created a prior review and I mistakenly put the wrong last name for Diego and I want to make sure I corrected the review. My bad!!! More

The smoothest ride we have ever experienced and we purchase cars about every two years and have gone through many of them. Spencer took care of us again - negotiating the right price we wanted for a second car for me, the wife. So we are the proud owners of a 2013 Genesis and now a 2014 Sonata...both cars we love and can say that the sales experience at Roseville Hyundai went very smoothly. My husband even received a $500 bonus because he was in the U.S. military many years ago. We boast a lot to our friends about our two Hyundais and would recommend anyone to work with Spencer.
