The vehicle was not matched our target price and style but he tried hard to coordinate with his manager Tommy. Tommy was top notch Manager. He went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the Sonata that it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. I was most comfortable with them. Tommy gave me suggestions for new vehicle and explained why he couldn't trade in my old car, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever not like their other dealer location. After I decided on a Sonata the process was absolutely painless (thanks for Ms. Audrey Stocks). It was so quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process.
