There was no hard sell, they tried real hard to make it as easy and comfortable as possible. I sat down with James, we talked, he understood my needs and got me in the right car at the right price. Never once did he try to over sell me on things I didn't need... I then went to meet Audrey in finance and the same thing, not trying to sell me all kinds of additional packages that I didn't want or need. She was very transparent about everything and made it completely painless. This is how all experiences should be at car dealerships. Listen to your customers, understand their needs (sales 101) - don't try to upsell and oversell everything. People know when their "being sold" and they don't like it. Get people in the right car at the right price with no hassle and no hard sell and chances are they'll come back next time they need another car. A very good customer service and full of satisfaction I had an appointment with Diego (Sales Associate) at Roseville Hyundai around 6.30 pm. I arrived almost 90 mins late, he was there waiting for me and I had an appointment with Diego (Sales Associate) at Roseville Hyundai around 6.30 pm. I arrived almost 90 mins late, he was there waiting for me and greeted with a big smile. He gave me a very good deal on the 2016 Elantra SE and my trade in. He worked hard to optimize the value of the car. I felt very comfortable and really appreciate Diego's behavior and attitude. I made the deal and it was almost 10 pm. Audrey, the finance manager was also super nice even at 10 pm. She explained us all the finance (which is most of the times very hard for the customer to understand and decide) in a very easy way and did not show any pushing attitude at all. She made the finance part of the car-buying smooth and easy. It was a very nice experience working with her. Overall I am very satisfied with the deal and the customer service I received from both Deigo & Audrey. I will highly recommend this store to my friends and families for future car buying. More

The Santa Fe we bought had everything we wanted in an SUV, I will be taking it to this dealership for regular maintenance as well. Audrey in finance was really awesome in helping us understand all the warranty options and financing terms of our purchase.
