There was no hard sell, they tried real hard to make it as easy and comfortable as possible. I sat down with James, we talked, he understood my needs and got me in the right car at the right price. Never once did he try to over sell me on things I didn't need... I then went to meet Audrey in finance and the same thing, not trying to sell me all kinds of additional packages that I didn't want or need. She was very transparent about everything and made it completely painless. This is how all experiences should be at car dealerships. Listen to your customers, understand their needs (sales 101) - don't try to upsell and oversell everything. People know when their "being sold" and they don't like it. Get people in the right car at the right price with no hassle and no hard sell and chances are they'll come back next time they need another car. He gave me facts and let me decide for myself. There was no pressure. Jason, the "closer", earned his money as well. I had a strict budget and he did his best to work within it. Sure, there we times that I wanted to walk but this guy made me an offer I couldn't refuse. It is obvious why this dealership ranks so high. Take it from me, a very pessimistic person, check out this dealership. It has a great group of people selling a great product. FYI to the salesmen at the Automall Ford dealership, take a lesson from this dealership. You didn't give me the time of day when I didn't show interest in purchasing a fully loaded car.
