Good experience over all. Would like to skip the process I had an online quote for a Santa Fe at storage lot that brought me in the same day to buy the same day. Nick was very helpful, however seemed like he I had an online quote for a Santa Fe at storage lot that brought me in the same day to buy the same day. Nick was very helpful, however seemed like he had to follow a process no exceptions. I just wanted the car on the storage lot howver we had to first look and drive a car on the dealer lot. There seemed to be frustration on my part that we couldn't just get the right away, the car we bought and get going, felt like the process added time. Nick was helpful in going over features however given 3rd Hyundai I am comfortable. Would be great to allow the sales staff to go off script if the buyer gives permission to skip the formalities. Seemed like the sales manager was preventing me was seeing the car before I agreed to the deal - that didn't seem right. Nick has been great following up post sale as well as addressing specific concerns. Audrey was helpful and felt like she was fair. She presented details more clearly than any other dealer finace associate I have worked with in the past - thank you. Her office has strong air fresher that I am allergic to, so given a headache and hard to breath I just wanted that process to end quickly. I am thankful her door was open given my headache however would like to have had more privacy while reviewing finances. Overall will buy from again. This was 3rd Santa Fe. I just wanted to upgrade to the latest and greatest not unlike a smart phone upgrade. Future would like to skip the process to get in and out. I think we could have completed this in 1.5 hours instead of 4.5 hours. Robert is alway friendly and helpful. Feels like we have personal service. Sam checked in on use also, he remembered selling me Santa Fe #2. More

disappointment It is very difficult to complete the Satisfaction Survey when my business with Roseville Hyundai has not been completed. Between June 18th and 21th m It is very difficult to complete the Satisfaction Survey when my business with Roseville Hyundai has not been completed. Between June 18th and 21th my wife (Elisabeth Padula) and I leased two new vehicles from Roseville Hyundai. I the 2015 Tucson (6/18) and she a 2016 Elantra (6/21). While doing her lease I found out that I was eligible for a Veterans Discount (USN 1962-1966). When I questioned what about the Tucson which I had leased two before. I was told that they are different on every car and nothing else was done by the dealership to check into it as the lease had already been completed. There was some question on whether Hyundai would give me the Veterans Discount because I was transgender and had changed my name and sex from the information on my DD214. We went ahead with the lease on the Elantra and it was verified two days later that we would be getting the Veterans Discount on the Elantra. Several days later we had to sign a new lease agreement. When I was told that we would get the discount on the Elantra I again asked about the Tucson and the fact that I had verified on the website that the Tucson was eligible for a $500 discount. Later that same afternoon I was contacted and told that I would get the discount but due to the fact that the papers had already gone through I would have to wait 6-8 weeks for a check from the factory. To date we have not received our copy of the revised lease agreement for the Elantra, not received the lease papers back that we supplied for the Honda that we turned into Roseville Hyundai. I originally gave the dealership a check for $1,500 that they were to return when we brought them an updated one a few days later. That was done on Wednesday (three days later) and to this point I have not received the original check back. I do hope that the information about receiving the check from the factory for the Veterans Discount on the Tucson was accurate and really does happen. I have called and left numerous messages at the dealership for the finance officer that was handling all of this with no response. I even sent him an email requesting the items so that we could complete the transaction with no response. More

We were considering a purchase for my daughter and hoped the dealership would have a good selection. We weren't disappointed and the on lot selection was very good. The customer service provided by the salesman was excellent. He showed us available vehicles we were interested in purchasing and explained each vehicle options and benefits both at the dealership and during the test drive. We really did not have any purchase intent on that day but did end up making the buy at this visit. The exact vehicle we wanted was on the lot, available that day and the price agreed upon was very good...so why not. In all, a good experience made simple and easy. More
