He knew the new SUV from bumper-to-bumper and showed us all the features WITHOUT any high pressure salesmanship. We highly recommend him. We also had an excellent experience with Audrey Stocks in Finance. She walked us through the purchase process efficiently and effectively. Since we were in the process of moving, we had the pink slip of our SUV in the moving van, and would not have access to it for a week.Audrey made all the right moves allowing us to leave that same day with our new car. We have also had service experience that was excellent. The SUV had a pitted grill that was to be replaced, and a trailer hitch to be put on. Both these items were performed to our satisfaction. This very positive experience is why we would highly recommend the above individuals and the dealer dip to anyone. More

A very good customer service and full of satisfaction I had an appointment with Diego (Sales Associate) at Roseville Hyundai around 6.30 pm. I arrived almost 90 mins late, he was there waiting for me and I had an appointment with Diego (Sales Associate) at Roseville Hyundai around 6.30 pm. I arrived almost 90 mins late, he was there waiting for me and greeted with a big smile. He gave me a very good deal on the 2016 Elantra SE and my trade in. He worked hard to optimize the value of the car. I felt very comfortable and really appreciate Diego's behavior and attitude. I made the deal and it was almost 10 pm. Audrey, the finance manager was also super nice even at 10 pm. She explained us all the finance (which is most of the times very hard for the customer to understand and decide) in a very easy way and did not show any pushing attitude at all. She made the finance part of the car-buying smooth and easy. It was a very nice experience working with her. Overall I am very satisfied with the deal and the customer service I received from both Deigo & Audrey. I will highly recommend this store to my friends and families for future car buying. More
