My anxiety on purchasing a new vehicle was soon put to rest. Patrick Souza went above and beyond the call of duty. And Brian Shaffer worked with us to give us the deal we simply could not turn down. All in all a very positive and memorable experience. The only improvement I would recommend is in the finance. We worked with Brandon who was very thorough with all of the paper work we needed to sign. However he seemed robotic in his approach and he made it appear tedious, he lacked personality. I would definitely recommend Roseville hyndai to family and friends in search of a new or used car. Thank you! . More

Awesome experience! Everyone in the service dept. was exceptional. However, two went above and beyond to resolve the problems with the tire service warranty I purchased. Everyone in the service dept. was exceptional. However, two went above and beyond to resolve the problems with the tire service warranty I purchased. Robert Peace and Chris Calden were amazing, not only in the professionalism they showed me but also dealing with the tire warranty people. Although it took a little while, they were able to resolve the issues saving me having to wait 2 days for an "adjuster" to come out and inspect my tire to be sure it really needed to be replaced. Thanks guys, you made a difficult situation into probably one of the best service experiences I've had. More

He was not pushy at all, was very nice and knowledgeable and got me the deal I needed. I was sold on a Ford Focus, but his demonstration of the Hyundai Elantra GT changed my mind! He was Fantastic to work with! Also, Audrey Stocks the finance manager was awesome! She was very friendly, and explained all the paperwork in great detail! She made it easy to understand.
