Awesome experience! Everyone in the service dept. was exceptional. However, two went above and beyond to resolve the problems with the tire service warranty I purchased. Everyone in the service dept. was exceptional. However, two went above and beyond to resolve the problems with the tire service warranty I purchased. Robert Peace and Chris Calden were amazing, not only in the professionalism they showed me but also dealing with the tire warranty people. Although it took a little while, they were able to resolve the issues saving me having to wait 2 days for an "adjuster" to come out and inspect my tire to be sure it really needed to be replaced. Thanks guys, you made a difficult situation into probably one of the best service experiences I've had. More

He was not pushy at all, was very nice and knowledgeable and got me the deal I needed. I was sold on a Ford Focus, but his demonstration of the Hyundai Elantra GT changed my mind! He was Fantastic to work with! Also, Audrey Stocks the finance manager was awesome! She was very friendly, and explained all the paperwork in great detail! She made it easy to understand. I have already recomended Roseville Hyundai (See Diego and Audrey) to my friends who are in the market for a new car! More

The trade-in value, new car price, new car amenities were by far the best. The Salesman, Samlesh Pal was excellent. He knew the new SUV from bumper-to-bumper and showed us all the features WITHOUT any high pressure salesmanship. We highly recommend him. We also had an excellent experience with Audrey Stocks in Finance. She walked us through the purchase process efficiently and effectively. Since we were in the process of moving, we had the pink slip of our SUV in the moving van, and would not have access to it for a week.Audrey made all the right moves allowing us to leave that same day with our new car. We have also had service experience that was excellent. The SUV had a pitted grill that was to be replaced, and a trailer hitch to be put on. Both these items were performed to our satisfaction. This very positive experience is why we would highly recommend the above individuals and the dealer dip to anyone. More
