He took us out to the lot and tracked down the one and only limited on the lot! Excited to get the car, but deal almost went south when Spencer started working with us. He said the email was incorrect with the discount and price of the car. Also was a little disparaging about my husband's credit rating, and the ability to get the car payment we needed. Finally, a price was agreed on. Then Audrey came to the rescue! She went to bat for my husband and secured financing for the car that met our goal for monthly payments. She was amazing to work with!
