The Good, the Bad, and the UGLY The Good: I purchased a gently used 2015 Santa Fe, awesome features, low mileage, exactly what I was looking for, and despite being warned multiple t The Good: I purchased a gently used 2015 Santa Fe, awesome features, low mileage, exactly what I was looking for, and despite being warned multiple times that they "never" came down from internet pricing, they did actually drop that price by several hundred $$. The Bad: The inevitable haggling took its toll, made me tired and upset - they were unwilling to offer a decent price on my trade, a 2013 Mustang with under 15,000 miles and all the bells & whistles available for that model. The only thing required to get it on their lot for sale is replacement of one tire and wheel, and the typical detailing and required safety inspection. It had been serviced as required - they got a GREAT trade. But they kept dropping the amount they were offering, telling me my car wasn't worth it, they wouldn't make any money on it, that they only ever offered Kelly Blue Book "good" or "fair" pricing, never "very good", which condition the car was in. After going back and forth several times with both Diego, the sales person, and Jason, the "closer", I determined that a deal was not going to be made, and asked to leave, however they refused to give me back the keys to my car, until Jason had basically "browbeaten" me (with a fake smile) into accepting a price for my trade that I knew was unfair and unreasonable. The Ugly: After completing the paperwork, I got home to use my computer and run the actual KBB value of my trade in "good" or "fair" condition - only to find the price they gave me was at the LOW end of fair condition - NOT anywhere near the actual condition and value of my car for a dealer trade. I was so angry at being literally CHEATED out of at least $1,500. Also unfortunately, I found out that the same ownership applies to ALL THREE SACRAMENTO HYUNDAI DEALERSHIPS, so I cannot even express my frustration by going to a "competitor" for service, they have a monopoly. The only person I dealt with that I felt treated me fairly was the finance manager, Audrey Stocks. During the visit, she was a breath of fresh air - however even she didn't keep her word when she said she would call me the following day to give me a price on a pull out privacy screen for the vehicle's back storage area - she did not follow through. Doesn't matter, I won't be going back there any time soon. They say it takes one bad apple to ruin the whole barrel - in my book, it's Jason. He took advantage of an older single woman, just so he could "win" on a deal. My salesman, Diego was cordial enough, but it was obvious I was just another face in a crowd to him. AND, he lied to me; when I first arrived at the dealership and expressed an interest in the vehicle I did buy, I also asked about a couple of similar vehicles that were shown online and offered at a lesser price. He told me they had "just been sold". When I looked online a week later, they were still there - he just wanted to get me into the higher priced vehicle. I would NEVER recommend this dealership! The Santa Fe I bought is very nice, the people not so much. More

He listened to what we wanted and then made sure to deliver. He was patient with us as we made our decisions. We took two days to make our decisions and we did not feel any pressure. In the end, Mike was able to get us the EXACT cars we were looking for. Then Mike worked with Brian Schaffer to make sure we received the best deal we could get. Then we spent a little time with Audrey Stocks. She was awesome as well. Audrey explained everything in great detail. Thank you so much we could not be happier. More

Nearly Filed Restraining Order I went in for two separate test drives, and while attempting to arrange a longer drive for my third ran into some definitive attitude. The day af I went in for two separate test drives, and while attempting to arrange a longer drive for my third ran into some definitive attitude. The day after the first drive I received 5 phone calls, after specifically asking them NOT to call me. The day after the second I received 7. I answered several of these 12 calls, and each time got more and more annoyed. The final insult was the person flat out denying they had called, even though I have their calls on caller ID AND their voice mails. They gave me sarcastic attitude when I AGAIN asked them to stop calling me, that I would deal with them when I was ready. He informed me he would take me off his call list, and "congratulated" me on being removed. I thanked him. 2 hours later I received two more calls, the last with a voice mail with nothing but heavy breathing for around 20 seconds. If I'd received one more call, I would have filed with Roseville Police for a restraining order. Apparently I'm not alone, there are other reviews online that say the same. Stay away. Ended up going to Folsom, and met an entirely different MUCH more laid back friendly attitude. The sales team there never tried to push me to buy, and respected my request for no phone calls. They even traded the car for the one in Roseville I wanted, and gave me a great deal. Save yourself the grief, buy from Folsom. If you insist on going to Roseville, get a google voice number, you'll need it. More
