Excellent salesman, annoying sales manager We recently purchased a sonata from this dealership. Our salesperson, Nick Cojan, was excellent. He pointed all the features of the models we looked We recently purchased a sonata from this dealership. Our salesperson, Nick Cojan, was excellent. He pointed all the features of the models we looked at and helped us figure out the best fit for us. Once the sales manager came out, it wasn't nearly as pleasant. Spencer was very pushy and his first offer wasn't great. He then tried some story that another person was interested in the exact same car and, of course, it was the last one left. He said that whomever finished the paperwork first would get the car. He must thing customers are stupid if we would believe that statement. I had negotiated a good deal, so I stayed, but otherwise I don't need to be dealt with in that manner. More

I ended up getting the Tucson based of off his recommendations. He explained that it was a better option financially and I was able to get payments at a price that I was expecting. I'm very pleased with my purchase, the Tucson is perfect for my needs. Kajen also explained to me the protection packages you offer as well as some advice when returning my leased car. I appricated the tips and purchased the protection plan through Hyundai. I will definitely be returning when it comes time to purchase another vehicle and won't hesitate to reccomend Roseville Hyundai! Thank You! More

GOOD PRICE BAD FOLLOW UP SERVICE agreed on a fair price for a new Genesis. But when I received the car it did not have an SD card for the navigation system and after 3 weeks I still agreed on a fair price for a new Genesis.
