I knew what I wanted when I went in but was expecting to have to order a car instead of driving away with one. To my surprise what I wanted was on the lot and not just one but two. Nick met me in the parking lot and was very helpful throughout the entire experience. He was not pushy and answered all of my questions. Buying a new car is a huge commitment and I really appreciate the fact that I did not feel pressured into buying a car and am happy with the one I left with. More

As Good as it Gets Bought my second new Hyundai from Roseville Hyundai on 3/26/16, traded in my 2015 Sonata Eco (an absolutely brilliant vehicle) bought there last May. Bought my second new Hyundai from Roseville Hyundai on 3/26/16, traded in my 2015 Sonata Eco (an absolutely brilliant vehicle) bought there last May. I begged my local dealer to sell me the same 2017 Santa Fe. I won't name names, but I live in Reno, NV. I had begged them to sell me the 2015 Sonata last time, too. Best they could do on the 2017 Santa Fe was more than $4K over the deal I got at Roseville Hyundai. Brian Shaffer, the GSM, made the purchase as easy as ordering from Amazon.com. Patrick Souza, my sales rep, is a 1%er. Brian and I had miscommunicated re: CA and NV sales tax, which surfaced in the finance office. Patrick didn't fault Brian nor me. In one minute, he gathered the facts and pursued a solution. His was to take himself off the floor of the #1 volume Hyundai dealer in CA on a Saturday and personally deliver the vehicle to me across the CA/NV border. And he did it, not begrudgingly, but with a smile. That is service above and beyond. I suggest you enlist his assistance for your next car purchase. He knows his products as few others do. Just walk in and give him all your money. He'll put you in the right vehicle and give you the correct change. More
