They were committed to customers as we walked in 3 minutes before they close. Staff stayed around and we ended up buying a car. Dress appropriately when you go here. I walked in, already approved from my lender. Before I can even test drive, salesman sits me down to talk. Asked about my credit, which is 750, my job, which is great, my trade in, I have negative equity but was willing to put 20k down, and still no test drive. Left me sitting there at a table like a kid at the small Thanksgiving table. I was wanting to buy the 2025 Santa Fe, just wanted to drive it first. Guess they did not want my business??? More

~~000 stars——I do not recommend this dealership at all. I left my vehicle at the dealership for an extended period of time to do the repairs. They left the windows down for a certain period of time causing I left my vehicle at the dealership for an extended period of time to do the repairs. They left the windows down for a certain period of time causing internal damage to the inside of the vehicle. Upon pickup the car was filthy, had equipment in it that was theirs trash and damage to the center console. They told me they would make it right and sent me on my way. I have sent many emails and phone calls to multiple staff advisors and the manager without a response. I went in recently for a follow up service and tried to speak to them in person and was told they were in meetings and to send another email. I picked up my car in September 2023 and I am still waiting for a return call regarding the interior damage. I have a written estimate from an auto body shop for the repairs. They are very unprofessional I will continue to share my story to not buy a Hyundai especially from this dealership. You want to feel that when you leave your vehicle with them it will be safe. They can not be trusted. Do not buy here! More
