Have been actively asking to buy a car listed for sale on their website for about 6 weeks now. They indicated the car is in "reconditioning." Sales staff now give a one word response "nope" when I ask if there is any new word on the cars availability. Guessing they don't want talk to me anymore once the bait and switch didn't work. Technically, a car dealer can list a car for sale that is not currently available on their lot, but it is considered unethical and could be illegal depending on the circumstances and local regulations; they should always disclose if a car is not readily available for immediate purchase and explain the reason for listing it, such as if it's a special order, on its way to the dealership, or pending sale to another customer. More

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at Hyundai Roseville. My vehicle was initially brought in for repairs due to vandalism, and the experience has been nothing short service I received at Hyundai Roseville. My vehicle was initially brought in for repairs due to vandalism, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable. The issues began with the repair timeline. It took approximately four weeks to complete the work on my car, with no communication from your team unless I reached out. When I finally retrieved my vehicle, I was appalled to find my door panel sitting in the back seat and my headrest thrown carelessly into my daughter’s car seat. This level of carelessness is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your service team. Additionally, the vehicle came back with a random clicking sound in the steering wheel, an issue that was not present before the car was brought to your location. When we called to address this, we were met with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude from Paul, who implied the fault was ours instead of acknowledging the lack of care and attention in the repairs. Mike, the service manager, assured us that the situation would be rectified by filling the car with gas, detailing it, and rotating and filling the tires with air. However, on the designated pick-up day, not only was the car not ready, but I was also met with further disrespect from Molly, the receptionist, who ignored us and displayed a poor attitude. Mike himself went back on his word, stating that we should be “grateful” for their efforts to fix the mistakes they made. To make matters worse, we incurred additional costs for rental cars due to Hyundai Roseville’s errors. This entire experience has been an ordeal, and I will never bring my car back to this location. The level of negligence, poor customer service, and lack of accountability displayed by your staff is unacceptable. I am requesting immediate action to resolve this matter. I expect reimbursement for the rental car expenses I incurred due to your team’s mistakes, along with a formal apology. Furthermore, I will be escalating this complaint to corporate to ensure that no other customer experiences such poor treatment. More

Zero stars if I could! In 5 months of owning the car I have had to take it in 3 times! Same issue. Coils are covered under their bumper to bumper warranty. The oil sensor light has not stopped lighting and they refuse to address that too! I am without a car bc they also did not provide me with a courtesy car which is also in the bumper to bumper warranty. Breach of contract?!? I will never buy from roseville Hyundai again. There are so many other dealers I can take my business to with my 800+ credit score. I also made the grave mistake of paying it off within a month of owning it. Learn from my mistake and stay far away from this dealer - they do not honor their warranty! More
