My husband has owned a Kia for 5 years and when the dealership he bought his Sorento from closed, he was referred to Rosen Kia for service. His experience with the dealership was great and last year we recommended our daughter to the Kia brand. She test drove 2 cars the same day and had a horrible experience at the second dealership which made her switch brand loyalty. She bought her first new car from Craig Roffers and he made the "trama" of dealing with a car dealer non-existant. Because of the great experience with Craig, we again returned this year to purchase a Kia Sportage. Craig recognized us as return customers and even remembered helping our daughter. This was a great feeling as we never expected this from a car dealership. Craig again provided excellent service and we were very happy with the deal he offered for our new car. He repeatedly asked if we had questions and made sure we understood all the features of the Sportage and terms of the sales contract. It truly is a pleasure to walk into the Kia dealership, not be mobbed by salesmen, not be pressured to buy and to be remembered as a customer. Our brand loyalty is now with Kia and the Rosen dealership. I hope everyone who walks through the doors has the same great experience. More

I was in a lease which was ending in October 2011, so it was time for me to start shopping around for a new lease. After a poor experience with another car dealership in January, it left me frustrated and discouraged before I had really started my search for a new car. The first thing I noticed immediately with Rosen is no one pounced on me as if I was "fresh meat" on the lot, which has happened to me at many other dealerships, and that is something I greatly despise. I was able to walk around the entire lot in peace and choose which vehicles I was interested in test driving. Once I made my choice, I walked in and Craig Roffers was the first friendly face to greet me. I told him exactly what I was interest in, and what price range I wanted to stay within. I test drove four vehicles, and Craig had each one waiting for me. He didn't jump in the cars with me to go for the test drives as if I was some sort of thief going to run off with the merchandise. And yes....I have had other dealerships treat me that way. This made me more relaxed, not feeling rushed or pressured in any way. I told Craig the car I wanted and he made it happen! I drove off the lot with a 2011 Kia Optima LX! I'm LOVING my new car, and I can say I had one of the best experiences with Rosen Nissan/Kia. The price was just right, and the customer service was awesome! Thank you Craig Roffers....and thank you Rosen for a wonderful, and stress free car buying experience!! More
My husband and I went in on a Saturday afternoon, just to look at the new Optima. Met with Joshua, who was very pleasant and not a typical high pressure salesman. I wanted a low lease payment, and he worked the numbers, the best he could. As it turns out, we ended up buying the Optima, rather than leasing. (Financially made more sense). I wanted a specific color, and I wanted manual. They did not have it in stock, but found one and let me know when it was in. I have bought other cars before, I dont get crazy on the sales tactics...but I felt this experience was low stress. Joshua was helpful, realistic, infomative, and best of all genuinely nice. While we were there, the owner, also greeted us and said Thanks for coming. I thought the sales experience was painless, and low key. I love my new Optima, and will probably drive it until the wheels fall off. I drove a Toyota Corolla for 16 years, and I own a 95 BMW that I store in the winters, I am a very faithful car owner. This is the second auto we have bought from here, my husband bought a used GMC Envoy, years ago. So, I would recommend this dealership. More
Sherri was wonderful as my sales contact. I felt like she was a long lost girlfriend. She helped me with questions & concerns that I didn't know I would have. She even programmed my bluetooth. I was driving up 27th St test driving cars. I stopped @ Rosen-Kia (my brother has purchased two vehicles there and recommended it)to see what was available & to see what kind of trade-in I could get for my Rosen-Kia (my brother has purchased two vehicles there and recommended it)to see what was available & to see what kind of trade-in I could get for my Nissan Rouge-I felt the car was to much for me to handle. I was greeted by Mr. Roffers. He allowed me to test drive the Soul (I was interested in a smaller, more gas efficient car). I was pleased with his professionalism and kindness. He made an offer I could not refuse and we both walked away from the experience pleased with the results. Everyone I spoke to that day was very kind. And to be honest, I wasn't even looking to buy a car that day, but Mr. Roffers and his associates were so accomodating that I couldn't walk away empty handed. It was a nice experience for me. I picked up my Soul on December 31, 2010 - HAPPY NEW YEAR! I was, however VERY DISAPPOINTED when I returned on January 24th to purchase some splash guards for my new SOUL. "John" quoted me a price of $37 each for the front and back guards (I thought okay, not bad; I can handle that cost). He then, escorted me to the "labor" department where the mechanic quoated me a price of $55.00 to have the guards put on!!!!!!????? RIDICULOUS!!! I thought, "I JUST BOUGHT A CAR FROM YOU GUYS NOT 3 WEEKS AGO AND NOW YOU'RE GOING TO CHARGE ME ALMOST AS MUCH AS THE PART COST TO PUT THE PART ON????!!! Where is YOUR customer loyalty???" Needless to say, I did not buy the splash guards and walked away VERY dissapointed. As I drove out of the lot, I thought to myself, "Maybe I should have bought the splash guards when I bought the SOUL; everybody was more accomodating then! Or maybe I would have gotten a better deal down the street." :-( Oh well, better luck next time. More
Craig was excellent! I have never worked with a salesperson as friendly and genuinely nice as he was. Craig followed through on everything from providing a loaner vehicle, to keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle. All of the employees, from the salespeople, the managers, all the way through to be friendly and inviting. Working with Craig on the purchase and Scott on the "extras" was a pleasure and I ended up with a vehicle that I am thrilled to drive! Our finance person, Kathy, was excellent, friendly and efficient and helped make the purchase process even better. Keep up the excellent work and thank you for making my car buying experience quite enjoyable! More

We have leased 5 vehicles from Rosen in the past 4 years and have had 4 different sales rep.'s. Devin Spicer has been the best. We also test drove several different manufactures models. The Kia dealership near our home (Waukesha) were we test drove the Sorento left such a bad taste in our mouths we almost considered our 2nd choice. Thats when a friend told us to go see Josh B @ Rossen on 27th street. It was out of our way but thought it couldn't hurt. What a difference a knowledgable salesman can make. We were greeted at our car and then escorted to meet Josh by friendly people. Josh pointed out features and REBATES we qulified for that the other place never even mentioned ? We never felt pressured to buy or commit to a deal. What we didn't tell Josh is we did our homework and knew what we were willing to pay. We were very happy when the price quoted us was right there (the other place wasn't even in the ball park ? Long story short we bought our new car on the spot. I was surprised when we were all done, ready to leave, the owner came and said thank you to us. I would highly recommend Josh Bohlman to anyone who would listen. He was the only salesman who seemed interested in showing us what we wanted and not what he had to sell. More
