This is the second vehicle we purchased from Rosen Kia in two years. Both experiences were great. So seamless that I sent a family member there to buy a vehicle too. I originally had stopped by Rosen Nissan; I test drove a 2013 Nissan Altima, I didn't like how the Altima looked in the inside. We then walked over to Rosen Kia. I liked how the Optima looked. The sales 2013 Nissan Altima, I didn't like how the Altima looked in the inside. We then walked over to Rosen Kia. I liked how the Optima looked. The sales rep-Madelyn found the car that I wanted. She said the price for the Optima will be the same price as the Altima. I was so excited about the car, that I didn't think about negotiating the price. I was asked to provide proof of income, auto insurance, a recent bill. I provided the requested info while we were there. I was in the dealership for three hours (haven't even sat with finance). It was time for my son and I to go work. I had originally stopped there in hopes to drive off in a new car. I had said that my intentions were to put down $3,500 but at the time I only had $1000. When it was time for my son and I to leave, I told the sales rep "we only have one vehicle and we both need to be at work in less than an hour." I told her that I was expecting to have a car. Madelyn spoke with a store manager, who informed that I had to put $500 to hold the car. I ended up giving $1000. Madelyn than gives me a purchase contract to sign w/o going over the final costs (the amount that I would be financing). Another guy comes and try to sell tint for the windows and something else that is supposed to protect the paint of the car (that was $1400). At first I had agreed to purchase the paint protector (I can't think of the name). I was in such a hurry, I didn't even ask to go over the contract or bothered to ask of what the consequences would be if I choose not to buy the car. I finally get to take the car and was given a car rental document. The next day, I decided to do research on the price of the car. While searching online I saw that a different dealership had the same car for a few thousand less. I went into that dealership and requested to get what the final finance cost would be if I were to buy the car from them. This dealer had to run my credit (granted I don't have good credit). Seeing that this other dealership was going to save me about $2k, I thought about return the car back to Rosen Kia (unless they were going to work with me on the price). I had texted the sales rep -Madelyn and asked that if we can work on the price...I gave her the amount that I was looking to finance to include taxes, plate transfer, and the processing fees. I told her that I didn't want to get the $1400 care package for the paint. Her response was we will work something with you. The followin day, I get a call from the sales rep asking about the $3500 that I was going to put down. I didn't have the money but I told her that I can put down $3k instead. She than asks if I had went to another dealership...I responded-yes. She got upset and said; we are trying to work with you, and you go to another dealership in our car. I told her that I also need to look out for myself, and that I was looking for the best deal possible. I also told her that she didn't provide me with any pricing; in which her response was the pricing is confidential (between the customer and finance). I then told her that I haven't even met with a finance rep. I finally get to meet with the finance manager from Rosen(3 days later). His name is Keith. Keith tells me; I wanted to work on your sale because I'm the only that can get you the monthly payments that you are looking for; (I was looking to stay in the $400s for monthly payments). Granted Keith was able to get me an interest rate of 6% and the payments in the $400s...but how was he able to get me to that interest rate considering my bad credit!? He acted like he was giving me a good deal...he stated that he gave me an extra $500 that I was not able to put down(actually the $500 came from Kia cause they had a special, if you finance through Kia you get a $500 rebate, plus there was a $1000 rebate if you have a competitive car in which I have a Toyota). When I was telling Keith, that I didn't want to finance that kind of money, he wouldnt let me talk...he kept saying;I did so much for you; he added GAP insurance and Extended Warranty w/o my consent. He told me that Kia only has 3yrs-36,000 miles bumper to bumper (which is not true; Kia does not have bumper to bumper warranty but they to have 10yr-100k warranty); so to make it seem like he was doing something for me, he kept saying that he added a 10yr-100k bumper to bumper(which the price of $2700 was added to the sale). I requested that he remove the Exteneded Warranty and he wouldn't-he kept saying how he was saving me money when in naturally the only savings came from the rebates($1500)...and he tagged on the GAP insurance and warranty to get more money. He didn't go down on the MSRP price because - he doesn't have to. When I said that I did not want to get the car because the finance was more than I was looking to pay; Keith told me that I had signed the purchase contract and that the car was mine; he said: you already purchased the car; then he said that I would have to pay 5% of the MSRP of the car since I had signed the contract. I told him that I signed the contract but a copy was not given to me nor did anyone go over financing. Keith had already taken it upon himself to do all the paperwork w/o going through anything with me and he was awaiting for me to just sign the documents (keep in mind the documents had a date from 3 days earlier not the date that I had actually came in to meet with him). I was there by myself and I didn't know what to do. I had to step outside to cry. At one point I decided to give the 5% for the contract and take my business elsewhere, but then I realized; I don't have that kind of money to be giving away and I was also w/o a car, and three hours had gone by and I had to be at work once again in less than an hour. I must admit that Keith is good at what he does, he will force you to purchase a vehicle. I regret that I just didn't walk away and took the 5% that I would had to pay as a loss. This was the worst car shopping experience I ever had. I was forced to buy a car that I didnt even want after seeing how they had manupulated and took advantage of the situtation merely because they knew that I had went to their competitor (Boucher Kia). At that point Rosen Kia didn't care wether or not I could afford the car, they made sure that I purchase the car from them...Keith made sure that I purchased the car at a high price cause he knew that I would go to Boucher. He knew he had me on a choke hold and he made sure that my money didn't go elsewhere. He got me for me trying to do what would be best for me financially, but according to Keith: we sell cars all the time; if that was the case why not say, ok you don't have to get this car from us, and don't worry about the 5% or work with me with on the price, but once again why do that when he knew he had me. If you choose to go to this dealer, please keep in mind: DO NOT Sign any contracts; DO NOT say what you are going to give as a down payment; Be sure you look at the price and go over the finance and total costs before signing anything; Do Not drive their car off the lot (even if you get a car rental agreement); Make sure that the car has its own warranty. When people ask me where I purchased my Kia, I give the name their competitor (Boucher Kia)...I make sure that Boucher Kia get the business that Rosen Kia could of had! And if you do purchase a vehicle from Rosen Kia/Nissan and you are forced to get the extended warranty-you can take it upon yourself to cancel the warranty and the GAP insurance. And if you were mistreated in any way or had an overall bad experience, be sure to file a complaint with the auto company ei: Kia and you can also file a complaint with DMV. More

Dan was so knowledgeable and friendly at all times and answered all our questions about the car we had pick out and help us with all the necessary paper work. I would highly recommend Rossen Car dealer to answered all our questions about the car we had pick out and help us with all the necessary paper work. I would highly recommend Rossen Car dealer to anyone wanting a new car. We bought a KIA Soul and we love it. It handles like a dream, is very comfortable and roomy. We also like the service department because we had KIA Specter and got it services at Rossen all the time and they were a very friendy and knowledgeable department and very clean department too. I give Rossen a 10 and Dan all the 10's he can have. I have never had a better experience with a car dealer than at Rossen. I would go there again if and when we need another car and we will be taking our new car to there for service. Thank You Rossen and Dad for a great time and deal in getting our new car. More
My husband and I have purchased a new vehicle from Rosen Kia twice since the fall of 2005. At that point in time, we were in desperate need of a car because my husband's very, very old car finally died on u Kia twice since the fall of 2005. At that point in time, we were in desperate need of a car because my husband's very, very old car finally died on us. The saleswoman worked with us and was able to find an affordable, brand new Kia Optima that was in our price range. We were ecstatic. A few years ago, when we added another son to the family, we started to think about buying a larger vehicle, most likely a mini-van. We had been putting the decision off for some time since we had recently purchased our first home and were not sure if we could afford an additional car payment. However, we were having some problems with the Optima and decided to "just take a look" at the available Kia Sedonas on the Rosen Kia lot so that we could get an idea of what they were selling for right now. After discussing the current rebates on the Sedona, including a customer loyalty rebate, my husband and I decided to take the Sedona for a quick ride around the city. The ride was nice and smooth and the V6 engine actually gave the Sedona some real power. The kids, of course, were love with the car right away as they would now have more space away from each other when driving in the car - and they thought it was amazing that the last row of seats could be stowed away. Our salesperson, Josh Bohlman, helped us through the entire process and was always kind, courteous and had a great sense of humor. The financial manager, Engin, worked hard with several creditors to get us the best APR for our loan and was able to negotiate some additional options into our warranty, other vehicle coverage, etc. for much less money. This whole process, of buying the car, only took two evenings - the night that we went to "just check some cars out" and the night we came to the dealership to sign all of the paperwork - and happily drove our new minivan off the lot. Soon after we took the minivan home, we received a phone call from Abdul, who coordinates all of the accessories/after market services, asking us to bring the Sedona back in to receive the paint protection and carpet protection services that we purchased with the vehicle. He was extremely nice, worked well with our schedules and provided us with a Nissan Xterra so that I did not have to go a day without any means of transportation. It was awesome. My job consists of me transporting clients to and from various appointments, grocery shopping, etc., so it is very important that I have a vehicle that is in good working order. So far, all of my client's love the Sedona, especially all the extra room provides. I can't wait to drive it down to Chicago this summer (for our summer vacation) because I think that the kids are going to have an enjoyable time as they will not feel like they are right on top of one another. Whenever we tell people that we just purchased our second Kia, they kind of scoff. They look at Kia as cheap, inexpensive hunks-of-junks. But I always correct those who scoff at me, pointing out that my husband and I did not just purchase the Sedona because of the price. When we went home the night we test-drove the vehicle, my husband did some research on the Sedona. It has received multiple high safety ratings over the past few years and when my husband looked at how high of a mark-up there was on the car (my husband used to sell cars a lifetime ago), he noted that the Kia salesperson was honest with us when he said that there was only a $600-800 mark-up. Our Kia Sedona is one of the more basic models but we don't care because it works for us. We finally do not have to depend on our family members, who have larger vehicles, to help us out when we buy something big - like outdoor toys for the kids, various repair items for our home, large electronics (i.e. big screen TV), etc. It is also nice to know that our car is large enough to fit seven people in it so we can do more carpooling when it comes to family get-togethers/events (ex. my children and I, along with my sister and her children, will all be able to easily fit in the Sedona and we can take one car to the Wisconsin State Fair rather than two). I would recommend Rosen Kia as a great dealership to work with (and I've worked with several other dealerships in the Milwaukee area who can't even compare to the time and attention Kia employees give to their customers/potential customers). Like any other business, they want to make money and so they are more than willing to negotiate back and forth on prices and add-ons and financing, etc. As a consumer, I love it when I feel like I am in-control of how I spend my money and that I do not have to adhere to whatever the sticker price says. I would also recommend the Kia car brand to all the skeptics out there. I know that Kia had some hiccups when they first came out but I think that they are nice cars for people who are more restricted/lower budgets. My husband and I are fortunate enough to make a decent amount of money and yet, we still saw the Kia Sedona, with its 10-year/100,000 extended warranty (that pretty much covers EVERYTHING), its high safety ratings and its pretty blue color (well, that would be me), as a great family car that is comparable to the Honda Odyssey or Chrysler Town & Country. When the hubby's current car decides to die on us (hopefully not for another five years), we will definitely go back to Rosen Kia to look for another car. More
I just bought a KIA Optima from Rosen and the experience was excellent. Prior to coming to Rosen I stopped at over 10 different car dealers. Some of the sales people I encountered were pleasant while most was excellent. Prior to coming to Rosen I stopped at over 10 different car dealers. Some of the sales people I encountered were pleasant while most were aggressive, arrogant, and/or negative. I was initially excited about buying a car, but was beginning to get very frustrated with the process. Then I stopped at Rosen and was fortunate to work with Dan Dotzler. Dan was very professional and he showed me all the different models. He was aware that I was looking at other manufacturers. He sold me on the Kia Optima based on its features without being negative toward the competitors. He followed up appropriately and was patient as I stopped by 3 times before purchasing. Being a technology person, I had a lot of questions regarding the NAV, radio, etc. and Dan was able to answer all my questions. I also appreciate the honest internet quote provided by Dan. I requested internet quotes from 4 other KIA dealerships and they either would not give a quote without me coming to the dealership or they provided an unrealistic low quote applying all available rebates even though I did not qualify for them (i.e. military rebate). Overall it was great experience with Dan. I will definitely tell those I know who are looking to purchase a new vehicle about Dan and Rosen. They really have the sales process down right. More
Nehi is a great salesman. To be honest, my wife and I are very finicky. Nehi did his best to get us in a vehicle that hit our price point and needs. It took several days, but he did it. I had to trade out of car due to a change in budget, I gave Kevin the price range I was looking at, the specs I wanted on a vehicle and he was more than accommodating to show me any and everything. I tes gave Kevin the price range I was looking at, the specs I wanted on a vehicle and he was more than accommodating to show me any and everything. I test drove 5 different cars over the period of a few months, as I live out of town, so every time I would come into town he was more than able and willing to show me the vehicles I was interested in. In the end, I got the price I wanted, without ANY hassle on getting a vehicle. The sale was easy, Kevin was so helpful and realistic about what I needed. I will recommend Rosen to all my friends and family in the future when they need a vehicle! This was my 5th vehicle purchasing experience and it was truly the easiest, quickest (once I knew what I wanted) and truly the only time I have felt like I got everything I wanted! More
I made it easy on Josh because I had been in and test driven the vehicle a few weeks earlier. Still Josh and I had quite a few emails back and forth and we worked out a pretty good deal. I was treated driven the vehicle a few weeks earlier. Still Josh and I had quite a few emails back and forth and we worked out a pretty good deal. I was treated very well when I got there and given the keys about a week before I actualy signed the paperwork. They were less worried about me having the car than I was, since I was driving it and had not given them a dime for it yet. I have a busy schedule and Josh was able to work around my schedule in order to get the deal completed. I also met Jeff Rosen a few times and he not only gave a larger discount but he also included the first 2 years of oil changes for the car for free! Now add the lifetime carwashes (already 3 used in 3 weeks) and I think I am sitting pretty. I still love thae car but I was not expecting the service to have been so good. Thanks to everyone at Rosen Kia for all their help and their superb customer service. More
