John was relaxed, considerate and polite as I changed my mind more than once, The first dealership that I felt no pressure to buy and got such a deal!! First New car purchase I admittedly dont have good credit but really needed a new vehicle so thought I'd give it a try. The minute I got there I was greeted by John and he was wonderful through the entire process. He always kept me updated on what was going on while they worked to get me approved to buy the car. He showed me all the features of the car he recomended for someone in my position and never rushed me along for a decision. Keith also worked very hard towards getting me financed and worked magic for me. Without him I would mever have been driving home a wonderful new car. I love the warranty Kia offers and when my tennyears is up I would def consider buying from this dealership again. More
LOVE OUR SORENTO Shopping for a new vehicle, decided to look at the Kia brand. Went to Rosen to check things out and was greeted by John Bappert. We were asked what we were looking for and we told him a Sorento. He started showing us the vehicles that were available and went into detail about their products. We were very impressed at his knowledge of the brand. After explaining everything to us we told him we were going to shop around at other dealers and he told us he understood and to take our time because he wanted us to be satisfied with our purchase and also with the process of purchasing a new vehicle. Took us on a couple of test drives with the Sorento and the Sportage so we could feel the difference between the two vehicles. Once we were through with the visit he asked if it would be okay to contact us and we said sure, give us a couple of weeks. Almost a couple of weeks went by and after visiting other dealers we decided to go back to Rosen. Sat down with John to go over the vehicle of our choice and made a decision however with all the options we wanted they did not have one on their lot so they did a locate for us. Was never pressured to take a vehicle they already had on their lot as he said he wanted us to be happy with the purchase. Once the vehicle arrived we went in to close the deal. John went over everything with us and explained all the many features the vehicle had. The vehicle was in pristine condition, couldn't wait to get in and drive it. The people we dealt with during the process of purchasing this new vehicle were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. What a great experience. More
Miss lug nuts after a tire rotation AGAIN!!!!! This is the second time I have taken my care in for a tire rotation and one of the wheels was missing 2 lugs nuts! Failed engine 1 year after having the car 3 lug nuts missing on driver side back tired after a tire rotation 2 lug nuts missing on my front driver side after a tire rotation. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE AGAIN! If you can get a great deal on your car, cool, but DO NOT TAKE IT THERE FOR SERVICE. Salesman was amazing. Everyone after that was sub-par. Worked with John Bappert and he was very helpful and even went as far as making sure my kids had something to do while we were working out a deal. Vehicle had to be located and the day of pickup John explained all of the features of our new van to us. When it came to the paper work and pricing that day is were I started getting a bad vibe from the dealership. Partly my fault because I sold my car to a 3rd party instead of trading it in. But nonetheless, The original MSRP they quoted me on was higher then the vehicle they located for me, so when they redid the paper work I realized the "discount" section had been changed.. It was less. A manager of some sort told me it was because the final sale price would change, I then told them "Shouldn't it change since the MSRP changed?" I wasn't going to make a big stink about $250, so I dropped it. Then a few minutes later another gentleman walks over to us and started to tell us a this big long spiel about how he has to lower the "discount" price even more even tho we had already agreed on a price before this... So their went another $100 onto the final price, now totaling an extra $350 added onto the final price in only a few hours. Again I did not want to argue over this I went through with the deal even tho I did not like the fact they they tried to keep changing the deal in their favor. Lastly I spoke with what seemed to be the main manager of the dealership, while he was nice he pushed the extended warranty on me and then proceeded to get an attitude when I told him no. He rolled his eyes at me and then said "OK" in a very rude manner. If it wasn't for John being such a nice guy I would have walked out long before I purchased this vehicle. More

He is extremely knowledgeable and customer service oriented. I truly believe I received the best deal I could get. Thank you to Engin also for making the entire financial piece easy to understand and complete. The whole buying experience was the best I have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. Incompetent and unprofessional staff, harassment via phone In my visit to the Kia repair department they have shown the extremes of being very bad and very good all in the same visit.. I needed a new window m In my visit to the Kia repair department they have shown the extremes of being very bad and very good all in the same visit.. I needed a new window motor but they didn't order it like they should have so they ended up having to "rush order" it for me because I was getting a bit pissed about the fact that they fell down on the job with getting my part. But they were good in that they screwed in my interior door insert panels which were falling out (and previously told me the only way they could fix them was full expensive replacement - guess that wasn't true since they DID fix them with a screw and washer) and they did that free of charge as well as fixed my brake light free which was nice. Then I find out that they didn't disable the faulty window motor (like they SHOULD have) and the window goes half way down when we got there at night to drop the car off for the next day, since it was RAINING I had to put plastic and tape up the open window! Then I couldn't find the key drop off slot which is well HIDDEN on the Nissan side. So they showed both good positives and terrible negatives in just one visit. On 6/15 I had to update my view of them to 1 stars (very negative) after recently asking for a very SIMPLE quote regarding installing a phone mount of all things. They first never got back to me after I filled the form out, so i got in live chat and asked them why and that they need to contact me. I get an email from a random yahoo address not identifying themselves saying they were from a "service department" and not from what dealership. I of course asked them to identify themselves but they didn't, this "Chris" just asked me what I wanted. Listen Rosen, If you can't even use professional emails or identify yourselves do you think I'm going to give you my business? Nor did I ever ask you to call me while I was gone to lunch! I THINK NOT! How stupid and unprofessional of this place. On 6/30 - almost 2 weeks after Renee Louis (manager) promised me no further contact (including promotions), Rosen decided to flood my phone number with 4 phone calls in a row for some sales promotion. Not only did they lie to me about contacting me again, but they BROKE THE LAW and harassed my phone illegally. I am now filing with the FCC and BBB and will possibly need to take out a restraining order against them. More
