Ruben and his team were wonderful, and treated my mom with dignity, courtesy, and respect after she had a terrible experience at another Kia dealership. I was a little worried, as she's older, but everyt with dignity, courtesy, and respect after she had a terrible experience at another Kia dealership. I was a little worried, as she's older, but everything Ruben told her on the phone regarding her trade-in and the lease pricing stayed the same once she was actually in the dealership. David K took the time to show her all of the features and how to use them. Mom has another Soul, but hadn't been shown the features when she bought that one from a different dealership. Everyone from sales to finance was kind, and she came home incredibly happy with her new Soul and with some funny stories to share. More
I cannot thank this dealership and my sales provider Mohaimen Ali. I live in Florida but really wanted a certified KIA and they not only had this car but at a GREAT price. I was having a really hard tim Mohaimen Ali. I live in Florida but really wanted a certified KIA and they not only had this car but at a GREAT price. I was having a really hard time with dealers in Florida, their dealer and admin fees were in the thousands and Rosen KIA had an extremely minimal fee in comparison. Mo checked in on me when I needed support and had I questions since I was buying out of state. If you ever want someone to sell you a car, Mo is the person to ask for. He is respectful and helpful. He guided me through the process and took my phone calls even off hours. I really appreciated his attention to details and making sure I got the vehicle. He sent me videos and was very honest about everything and kept the car in good shape for me. The shipping company he recommended was amazing as well. Fantastic communication all around and just really good people. I am so happy and I look forward to driving my new KIA, I am SO happy!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ More

When I questioned their work they insisted I needed other things fixed to stop the leak. They made me spend almost $3,000 to fix other leaks, and the huge leak was still there from their work that was done wrong. So they redid it, fixed their mistake, but they had already charged me $3,000. Then when they tried to program a key for my vehicle, first they ordered the wrong one, and then when they got the right one they programmed it wrong and blew out the module. So they asked me for $2,000 more to get a new module. At that point I junked the vehicle. These people will make mistakes over and over and charge you more and more for them. They will not take responsibility for their work. When they do bad work they still want to make huge profit off of you, instead of accepting a loss. When I came home a few days later and told my neighbor about my experience at Rosen Kia, he told me that the Rosen Nissan right next door wanted $6,000 to rebuild his transmission. Instead he went to a small time mechanic who does work out of his own garage. The small time mechanic new that he just needed a new sensor for $300. So Rosen Nissan would have charged $6,000 for a transmission and not fixed the problem! Stay as far as you can away from the Rosen "family". They want you to be part of their "family" so they can profit off of you. In the end, I was 6 weeks without my vehicle, they gave me a loaner only one week of that time. They returned my car to me three times leaking oil like a sieve. They literally do not check their work when they finish with a vehicle. They don't care if you're recovering from surgery and can't get groceries cuz you don't have a car. They will have your car sitting in their shop for a week at a time without even looking at it. Stay far away from this place! More
I purchased 2 warranties when I purchased my used car. I contacted the warranty company's to get information and 1 doesn't have record of my warranty even after sending them a picture of the contract. The I contacted the warranty company's to get information and 1 doesn't have record of my warranty even after sending them a picture of the contract. The other has not received my request to cancel even though the request was made 4 weeks ago. Keith Reed of Rosen Kia will not answer my questions related to this after multiple contacts. Where did the money go? Buyer beware. More

Where to begin. Worst car buying experience ever. I found a 2023 Kia Sportage Xpro Prestige I wanted to buy. I called and spoke with Andrew. He was by far the most d Worst car buying experience ever. I found a 2023 Kia Sportage Xpro Prestige I wanted to buy. I called and spoke with Andrew. He was by far the most dishonest salesperson I have ever dealt with. We made a deal over the phone and I kept asking to see the paperwork however he kept saying that I would need to go to the dealership (which is 3 hours from me). In the end I kept asking to see something. I was told to fill out the credit app which I did and put a $1000 hold on my credit card. All he cared about was getting my credit card. I was told all was in order. I traveled three hours to find he never told me that there was $7500 mark up on the vehicle it was slipped in the financing. I told Andrew to his face he was a liar. A clear text message history showed his deceit. The sales manager came in and was somewhat accommodating. In the end they budged very little. I was promised all weather matts which have yet to show up. Andrew also met me at the door and his first thing was to collect my money for a down payment. They also low balled me on my trade insisting I only paid 24k for my vehicle which isn’t true I have pulled my original purchase agreement and my vehicle was just under 28k. My vehicle is now listed for sale for 32k on their website. Although I like the vehicle they lied, they lured, and they withheld.BUYER BEWARE! I would be happy to speak with anyone and provide total proof of how they do business. During our current economy they have chosen to take advantage of the consumer. It was only the night before my trip there that Andrew finally started talking numbers as I was refusing to travel there. He lied about the payment and the amount to be financed. Just know that if you are purchasing a vehicle there there is a $7500 mark up on top of the MSRP. Again feel free to contact me and I will be happy to show you my purchase contract, my trade in purchase contract, and the text message history. Truly shameful. More
Took my newly leased Kia Seltos in for 6 month maintenance and the service department charged me for a 5000 mile service call. I only have 750 miles on my car.I my question is Why the sa maintenance and the service department charged me for a 5000 mile service call. I only have 750 miles on my car.I my question is Why the same for the brake safety service. I asked about the brake safety service and told her the car is usually in the garage. I was told because dirt gets in the air from construction work. My bill came to $442.45 all for PREVENTIVE MAINTAINENCE ?? i have been leasing cars through Nissan for 9 years. their service never, never tried to take advantage of me More
Salespeople Keith R. and Eric K. misled us regarding various matters. First and foremost, Eric told us that the $5,500 market adjustment was charged everywhere. We then and Eric K. misled us regarding various matters. First and foremost, Eric told us that the $5,500 market adjustment was charged everywhere. We then learned that, at Lupient Kia in Glendale, the charge would have been about $1,800. Please use caution before trusting these people. A once-reputable dealership is no more. More
