I dropped my vehicle off to get an oil change and also have some repairs looked at and receive quotes. My vehicle was given the oil change and I received no quote. When the vehicle was picked up I asked a have some repairs looked at and receive quotes. My vehicle was given the oil change and I received no quote. When the vehicle was picked up I asked about the quote and I was told he messaged the group text and that someone would get back to me. No one did. Considering I wanted a part that came directly from the dealer this is super disappointing. More

I had scheduled an oil change and tire rotation Friday, December 19th at 3:30PM. I was told it would take 1 hour and 15 minutes. I did not receive a call back and decided to come in at 5:30PM and my vehic December 19th at 3:30PM. I was told it would take 1 hour and 15 minutes. I did not receive a call back and decided to come in at 5:30PM and my vehicle wasn't look at and sitting at the same spot where I dropped off. I was told they will have it done before 6PM. I told them I would be back Saturday to pick it up in the morning. I believe they overbooked too many cars at this time slot. Not happy! More
