Out of State Purchase of Vehicle I bought my car after seeing it in Tri City's inventory. I could not find exactly what I wanted in MN. I had already test drove the Sante Fe Sport and I bought my car after seeing it in Tri City's inventory. I could not find exactly what I wanted in MN. I had already test drove the Sante Fe Sport and asked all of my questions to a dealer in MN. After getting a price via email i was happy with I drove to Milwaukee to pick up the car. Working with Gary was a very pleasant experience as he went over all the features of the car while we waited for the finance person to be freed up to work with me. On the phone before i came out, The finance person told me she had prepared a tax and license check for me that was not the amount agreed upon but after a few phone calls back and forth she was able to get the check reissued for the right amount so that we could keep with the planned day of delivery. I was supposed to meet with Sheila at 11am but she wasnt available until @ 12:30. It wasnt a total negative as I was very comfortable working with Gary until she was available. More

Best experience I ever had buying a car. I am very pleased with the whole experience I had with Tri City Hyundai. My sales person was very friendly, personable, and helpful in my search to fi I am very pleased with the whole experience I had with Tri City Hyundai. My sales person was very friendly, personable, and helpful in my search to find the right car. He was enthusiastic and very attentive without being pushy or giving my pressure. He answered my questions and got me quotes on the various cars I looked at, test drove, and considered. Tri City has a great selection of cars on their lot and I found exactly the car I wanted. I leased the car and feel I got a very good price on it. Gary did an excellent job of explaining the different price options for buying and leasing and provided several quotes for the different Elantras I considered throughout the process. I love my Elantra! More

Second New Hyundai, First from Tri City I purchased my second new Sonata from Tri City Hyundai and couldn't have been more pleased with the purchase. The first one I bought from another deal I purchased my second new Sonata from Tri City Hyundai and couldn't have been more pleased with the purchase. The first one I bought from another dealer and after driving off the lot that was the last I heard from them. Tri City has the friendliest staff both in the showroom and at the service counter. I had my previous Sonata serviced there and will have my new one serviced there as well. I live closer to another Hyundai dealership but Tri City is our home for our Hyundai. More
