Best Dealership Experience I've Ever Had I just had my first ever accident, and my car was totaled. I've been having a nightmare of a time with my insurance company, and my hopes were severe I just had my first ever accident, and my car was totaled. I've been having a nightmare of a time with my insurance company, and my hopes were severely down. I was getting bombarded with emails and phone calls from dealerships non-stop. To the point were it was basically harassment, but Tri-City didn't do any of that. When I called Gary he was friendly, personable. It was so refreshing after all that happened. He helped me find a car that was a perfect fit financially, and otherwise. He even offered to pick me up since I didn't have a way to get to the dealership, so I could get my car that day! The kindness that I received at the dealership from Gary and his co workers was such a relief after everything I had gone through that week. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for me. When my husband and I go to get a second car, you can be sure that we will go there. I will recommend this dealership to friends, family, everyone who needs a car. More

We spent 2 1/2 hours at a competitor and came away disappointed and angry at the way we were treated.
