I have just recently started to entertain the idea of a new vehicle and my plan was just to look around at what was available and get an idea of the prices. I went to Ronnie Watkins, because I was with my grandmother when she purchased her new fusion a couple years ago from them. Andre Champagne was the salesman that helped her then, and she was so impressed with his service that she decided on the fusion over a different car at another local dealership. We were immediately greeted today when we stopped by Dusty Strickland, he was very friend and asked if there was anyone he could get for us. We asked him for Andre and he immediately returned with him. We were unaware that Andre had been promoted and was no longer a salesman, however he came out to see how he could help us anyway. He assured us that Dusty would take great care of us, and he was right. They made the process very easy and impossible to pass up. I told them what I was looking for in my next car as well as my desired payment range. I was immediately shown several options that met my wishes. I looked at several but only drove two. The second car that I drove was not even one of the ones I had initially stopped to look at, however Dusty brought it to my attention and informed me that it met all my criteria. I loved the 2012 Focus hatchback SEL as soon as I looked inside, and driving it just made it more clear that I had found the car I wanted and at the price I desired. We did have somewhere to be, and were a little pressed for time, but they had our paperwork done and the car washed and gased up with ten minutes to spare. Dusty even took the time to sync my phone to the car, so that I could listen to all my favorite songs on the way home. THANKS DUSTY AND ANDRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We were in the market for a new car and were interested in comfort, roominess and great gas mileage, and wanted to compare the Fusion with several other similar makes we were looking at. Joseph Fountain greeted us and listened to our requirements and showed us three possibilities based on our requests. After test driving all three and making our choice Joseph quoted us a reasonable price and we left to continue our search. Later that same day Joseph e-mailed us more information on our car of choice along with the answer to some questions that he had to check on. Two days later, after looking at all of the makes and models that interested us, we decided on the Fusion and returned to Ronnie Watkins Ford to negotiate the final deal. Joseph and Carey worked with us and we were able to come to an agreement with little effort and they found the car we were most interested in a short trip away and negotiated a swap. Joseph then gave us a tour of the dealership and introduced us to people in the service department, quick lane, and other areas that we might need, and answered all of our questions. We picked up the car the next day and Joseph spent time with us helping to familiarize us with operation of some components that we weren't familiar with. During that time we were thanked again by all of the people that we had had contact with during the days before as well as Mr. Watkins. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a pleasant, comfortable, "low pressure" car shopping experience where they are willing to answer questions and help you compare and hunt for what you are interested in. What an experience! I am looking on line I see a car that strikes my interest so I send an email to the dealership. The very next morning a sales man calls his name is Jason Ivey we talk about the car and I tell him i have to leave town for a few days, he says come see me when you get back to town. So as with any intrest I had in the car soon became a memory as it sold before I could return and drive it. So this Saturday starts out driving a few cars nothing is quiet what I was hoping for.Jason listen to me, and herd something in our conversation and was able to put a deal together i would have only been able to dream about. Id like to say thanks to Jason and all the sales staff at Ronnie Watkins Ford for making this a wonderful experience. The second day I returned to the dealership, I wanted to drive an Edge to make sure that I didn't want a bigger vehicle; again Jason was very helpful. On Wednesday, we began to talk about "the money" , and everyone was most helpful in trying to meet a fair price and to take the lease I car I had currently off my hands. This aspect of car buying is relatively new to me because I have always let my husband handle this part of the deal. Both Jason and Carey were very patient with me in explaining their offers. When I saw Andre for the signing process, I was still somewhat confused about my final price, but he patiently explained it to me again. Even though my husband says I paid too much, I was satisfied with the process and the patience of those involved, especially Jason. I will definitely recommend this dealership to others, and, if I have a good experience with my first Ford, I will definitely return to shop for future vehicles. More

Thls was the best experience I have had at a car lot. The sales person greeted me outside and very polite not pushy. I told him what I was looking for. The one he located could not be transferred but he quickly found another option that actually turned out better for me. We were financing through our bank and was waiting for the check from them. The dealership called and said come get the car that day and we took the check back the next day. I could not ask for a better deal or a better experience with the salesperson or the finance person that I actually signed the paperwork with. Great staff! This was not my first purchase from Ronnie Watkins Ford and each time it has been great but this one was the best. Will recommend to anyone to use this dealership. More
