AWESOME SERVICE and STAFF I bought my 2012 Ford Escape there almost a week ago now, and I absolutely love it! Not only was I happy with the car, but the staff at Ronnie Watkins I bought my 2012 Ford Escape there almost a week ago now, and I absolutely love it! Not only was I happy with the car, but the staff at Ronnie Watkins Ford were the best. Mr. VanSandt was so knowledgeable and friendly. My grandparents have done business with Ronnie Watkins Ford and Mr. VanSandt personally for many years. They were the ones who convinced me to try that dealership, when I had always been a Toyota girl. When we got there, we asked for Mr. VanSandt, he came right out and answered all of our questions. It was easy to see why my grandparents always went there. Well, I love my new Ford, and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone that needs a new vehicle. They had a big selection of used and new cars. But once again, I must say that the best part of my experience with this dealership was the staff. They were so friendly, and not in a "let me do whatever to sell you a car" kind of a way, but instead they seemed to really want to help me get the car that I wanted at a rate I could afford. I felt like a valued customer, not a potential commission check or something like that.This is where I will go first from now on when I need a new car. More

Service went from GOOD to GREAT! I had my 2010 Ford Focus towed in for service when it died from excessive water in the gas tank. It took a few days longer to fix than expected so to I had my 2010 Ford Focus towed in for service when it died from excessive water in the gas tank. It took a few days longer to fix than expected so to keep me from paying to rent a car any longer Darrin in the sales department helped me pick out a new 2014 Ford Focus to use until my 2010 was repaired. By the time my 2010 was fixed I was in love with the 2014 and decided to trade. Even though my credit is nowhere near the best, my credit experience with Ford is exemplary. Ford overlooked my poor credit in favor of my good standing record with them and financed the new care at only 1.9% APR. I'm VERY happy with the decision I made. I loved my 2010 Focus and now I'm loving my 2014. I love Ford...this is my 4th Focus (3rd new Focus (my first was pre-owned))...actually this is my 2nd new Focus purchased from Ronnie Watkins Ford. I'll certainly be back in a few years to buy my 5th. :) More

They always do a great job and their prices compete with anybody that's why I drive from DeKalb County to Ronnie Watkins too get my vehicles serviced also they great people and very friendly especially my friend Juarus Rawls,a great guy.
