I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and was able to get service quickly. Grant & Julian were very good at listening about my concerns. I have had nothing but a good experience so far with them. They took care of my car and if anything went wrong afterwards, they would ensure it got fixed. not being honest just wanted to let you know when I had my jeep service that was ok but when I ask the service manger to order me a steering wheel for my trail hawk he just wanted to let you know when I had my jeep service that was ok but when I ask the service manger to order me a steering wheel for my trail hawk he told me 200.00 for the steering wheel and 50.00 for labor and I thought he was being honest about the price instead he was ripping me off I call jeep in Missoula they told me 70.00 for the steering wheel I call the service manger back and cancel my order he told me that he could do it for 130.00 if that was the case why didn't he call me back and tell me that price Instead he was going to let me pay that 250.00 amount this is unprofessional how can I shop local and think you guys are being honest I Hope you can prove to me that this isn't going to happen again thank you I hope the owner see's what is going on here before it is to late More
We contacted Jon regarding a vehicle we had seen online. Jon responded to my questions right away. We drove to Ronan to test drive the vehicle and had a positive experience. I mentioned a few items that needed to be addressed and Jon had them handled immediately. He even offered to drive the vehicle to my hometown to show me everything had been taken care of. We ended up buying the same vehicle from another dealership - but only because of minor reasons - color and lower miles. Even after I purchased the vehicle from a different dealership, Jon emailed to see how we were liking our new vehicle. Now, that's great service! You can bet we will refer our friends and family to Jon and will look to use him in the future when we are ready to buy again! Thanks Jon for all you did! More
The sales and service that I get at Ronan Dodge is above and beyond other dealers that I have dealt with in the past. I have lived all over the country and have always dreaded the purchase of a new vehicle and beyond other dealers that I have dealt with in the past. I have lived all over the country and have always dreaded the purchase of a new vehicle until now. Since I have been a resident in the Flathead Valley area, I have been dealing with Ronan Dodge for the purchase of my vehicles. My latest purchase was a one ton Ram pickup truck and my salesman was Jon Stolz. I told Jon what I was looking for and surprisingly he had one on order that was being shipped to them. Jon kept me up to speed on the location of the vehicle coming from the factory to the expected delivery date. From the purchase, arrival, delivery and follow up Jon was a pleasant person to deal with. He was determined to make sure that I was happy and that everything with the new truck was better than I expected. Since I left Ronan Dodge with my new truck Jon has called twice to make sure I was happy with my truck and everything was fine. Ronan is a fairly small town and I never received this kind of service in larger cities. Thanks Ronan Dodge More
I had the best experience EVER with this group of people! I wasn't sure i could even get into a newer vehicle and Jon Stolz assured me it could be done. Low and behold, he was right! I told him everything I wanted in a vehicle, and he made it happen! I drove from Spokane to Ronan Dodge to do this trade/purchase and I couldn't be more happier! All the other lots I visited were rude and unwilling to go the extra mile for me. I will now forever use Ronan Dodge for all my vehicle needs and purchases in the future, and refer all my family and friends there too! Buying a vehicle shouldn't be stressful, it should be exciting, and it was that for sure! You guys ROCK! Thanks Jon for all your help!!! More
We found a vehicle we were interested in online. We then called & asked John several questions about the vehicle. He failed to mention that the vehicle had 7,000 more miles than advertised. His claim was that the service guy had been driving it. John seemed uncaring about the situation & did not accomidate us or apologize. We were not happy about the false advertising. The other thing we were upset about was that the vehicle had not been serviced. You expect that when you pay tens of thousands of dollars for a new vehicle that they will service it before you drive it off the lot. We found out the hard way as we were traveling across the state for a funeral & had not even put 100 miles on the car since purchase, & the oil light came on. The only bright spot of our experience was the gentlemen who helped us finance our car. Unfortunately, his great service will not be enough to return to, or recommend this dealership. More

I have been to many dealerships in my ripe old age and have never received the service and satisfaction I received from you. My wife and I are extremely pleased with our new truck! We live in Butte MT and had a hard time getting back and fourth to the dealership. John went above and beyond and delivered our new truck to Butte. It is very hard to find good customer service theses days, and the guys at Ronan have made be a believer again in CUSTOMER SERVICE! thank you Fritz and Shirley More
I Had problems with my vehicle once I drove it off the lot. I Contact the sales associate numerous times within the week following and received no response. Once I got in touch with the sales associate he replied he would call me back. The next day I had to again follow up with him, as he again did not call me back. He told me he would come get my vehicle and have it looked at. He brought me another vehicle to drive in the meantime. After approximately four days and no contact from the sale associate I called to check on the status of my vehicle. I was told it was done. Not once did I recieve a call saying what was wrong with the vehicle, nor that it was finished. I was then informed that they were charging the extended warranty that I purchased and that I would be responsible for the $100 deductible. I expressed my disatisfaction with the lack of communication and the fact that these problems existed when I drove it off the lot. I told them I went to their dealership because I thought they were honest people who took care of their customers, but oh how I was wrong about that. He brought my car back to me and told me they were taking care of the $100 deductible. I asked for the paperwork to see what was done to my vehicle to which the sales associate replied "I will bring it down with the vehicle". The paperwork detailing service on the vehicle was not in the vehicle. Once again I started the process of trying to contact the sales associate. I phoned him, to which he indicated he would put the paperwork in the mail. Waited approximately 4 days and received nothing. I emailed the associate, with no avail. I then called the service department directly to get a copy of the work perfomed. I spoke to a gentleman whom started reading stuff off about a shock replacement and exhaust manifold something or other. I gave him my fax number and he replied he would get it right over to me. I received nothing. Two days after requesting the fax I called and asked for a manager. I was told that Henry is whom I would be talking to, but Nick answered the phone. The receptionist gave him my information and right off the bat he was defensive. All he repeated was that the sales associate was very accomodating to me. Excuse me??? I got the run around for 4 weeks from this xxxx place, you call that accomodating? I informed him that I just spent thousands of dollars on a vehicle and you would think that you would want people to be satisfied and come back when they are ready to trade that in and make another purchase. Nick faxed the paperwork over within 15 minutes. The funny thing is that not one of those details the service guy mentioned were on my invoice. HHHHMMMMM. Customer satisfaction is the key to car sales. I can tell you that I will NOT go back to this dealership, nor will the other 30 people I work with, or their family members and friends. Nick's actions as a manager indicated that once they make the sale, they are done with you as a consumer. Bad, bad way to run a business. Bottom line - take care of your customers. More
