I just want to say buying a car for the most part is never fun. Bob at Ronan Dodge changed things for me. I met Tom the service manager while I was making my purchase and he was funny. He thinks he is a cowboy and he only has a couple of horses. These guys are great and I would recomend them again and again. If anyone needs a Dodge or there Dodge fixed, this is the place to go. More

I was passing through Ronan on a business trip when my truck's engine light came on and I lost all acceleration. Ronan Dodge was the nearest service so I stopped to have it checked out. The service department made room for my truck and took it in immediately. The service manager commented that he had been stuck due to breakdowns while traveling and wanted to help get me on the road as quickly as possible. The problem turned out to be a clogged EGR and dirty air filter (I have my truck serviced regularly at another dealer so was surprised these had been neglected). The truck was repaired and I was back on the road in less than an hour. The truck actually runs better now than during the last six months (I assume due to the clogged EGR) and my fuel mileage increased almost 10%. The bill was very reasonable. Great customer service, awesome repair job- and all at a reasonable price. I'll definitely consider using Ronan Dodge for my vehicle service and/or purchase in the future and will recommend your dealership to others. More
