He immediately found it and offered to get it out and ready for our test drive. I put the car thru my test drive--fast turns, quick braking while turning, donuts, jiggle the steering wheel. I went to a different dealership before Ron Tonkin and I bought 2 cars from Ron Tonkin Kia and both transactions were smooth and didn't take all day. I went to a different dealership before Ron Tonkin and they went back and forth with the manager and the salesman and kept trying to come to an agreement. I left and found another car I wanted at Ron Tonkin. The salesman was nice and we came to an agreement that would work for both of us before he went to his manager and it was approved. Very pleasant experience and if I have a trade in later on, I will see what the Ron Tonkin car dealership have before going somewhere else. More
