The price was what we agreed upon via email before I walked through the door, and the only thing he tried to sell me was an extended warranty. You're never going to buy a car from a dealer without being offered that at the very least. When I told him no, because I was happy with the powertrain warranty that came with the car, he never mentioned it again. When it came time to sign papers, they were already printed and ready, I signed in about ten minutes and drove off in my car. The only reason I had to wait about 45 minutes to sing papers is because of how many car deals were going ahead of me. Who can complain about a short wait that's due to other happy customers? Great experience, thanks Derek! More

Initially we were only planning to test drive as we wanted to check out other vehicles but were impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff. The car we originally picked out was not available in the color choice we wanted but we ended up with another color and upgraded trim level and love it even more. The manager, Floyd Shafer was awesome in helping to create a fair deal! Rebecca the finance officer was fun to work with, so efficient as well! We were introduced to the manager of the service department, Jeff. Our vehicle has already experienced its first service visit and Jeff was great to work with! We will be returning for all our service needs. Overall, we're very pleased with our new car purchase, the friendly service we received and would highly recommend Ron Tonkin Kia to all our friends and family. More
