Honest and Upfront! I contacted Doug via the dealership used car website. He spent a lot of time talking to me about what I was looking for. Initially I wanted a Chevy I contacted Doug via the dealership used car website. He spent a lot of time talking to me about what I was looking for. Initially I wanted a Chevy Equinox that was on one of the lots. He went to that lot and checked the car out himself and called me from it and described it in detail. He then drove the car to the McLoughlin location and met me there. The car seemed to be what I wanted and we took a test drive. After we got back we talked a lot about the price and features and the fact I would have to buy another warranty.He stepped away to get info for me. While he was gone I got online and looked for Kia Sorentos and found one right there on his lot that was the year I wanted, was certified used and the price was right! I drove it and found the experience was better than the Chevy I thought I wanted. To finish the story, I met Rebecca and interacted with several employees at the dealership and had a wonderful experience. Doug did not pressure me at all and made it a very easy transaction. Sean the finance guy even hurried my paperwork along as I was on a time crunch. This was by far the best car buying experience I have EVER had!!! More
