Visit another dealership first and you’ll see the diffrence I visited another Kia dealership and was not happy with the customer service I received but I really liked the cars. I then drove to the other side of I visited another Kia dealership and was not happy with the customer service I received but I really liked the cars. I then drove to the other side of town to the McLoughlin Blvd location. There, Steven Kaney helped me explore my options. He was great, and there was no pressure to buy. After I told him what my financial situation was and what I could afford he showed me many cars that fit my needs. Steven helped me find the perfect car for my family at a price I could afford. I have purchased many cars and I usually dread it because I hate high pressure sales, it makes me uncomfortable. Working with Steven at the McLoughlin Kia was near effortless! No stress and no pressure. I wish all car purchases went this smoothly. I have recommended him to my sister when she’s ready to trade in her car. Then after the car purchase, the car was shipped from another location he would drive it to my work or wherever I was so I could get the car as soon as possible... She was nervous about driving a new car, but Steve was very helpful and accommodating while we too We came in with my daughter to look at a KIA Niro. She was nervous about driving a new car, but Steve was very helpful and accommodating while we took a route that was not intimidating for her on the test drive. After the test drive we went over the costs and he offered a very good deal, including expelling all available incentives from KIA and how to take advantage of those. After we finished the purchase, he went over all the car's features with her, so she was comfortable with the new car. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a new KIA. More
