During the negotiaction the second sales person who my purchase was handed off too came back numerous times with a payment including a service warranty I told them I didn't want. Also the salesman used interest rate quotes (first offer was 1 point higher than the next) to try to convey it was in the payment amount range I wanted. Things like repeatedly trying to sell me a extended warrenty after telling them I wasn't interested and manipulating the payment amount by changing the interest rate are reasons I rated this dealership as average. More
