He was great about following back up, providing all the info I needed and was not pushy at all. Many car dealerships I inquired with would not stop hounding me - calling and emailing a million times. Doug was courteous and kept in touch the perfect amount and was respectful of my time. After I arrived at the dealership Doug introduced me to Iiel who helped me pick out the car and test drive. He is young but very knowledgeable and was super easy to work with. I really had a great experience there because of his awesome personality. He is positive, eager and sincere and really knew all about the vehicles and the electronics. I will recommend everyone I know to work with Doug and Iiel.
