When I started the car buying journey I did a lot of research and when I decided on a newer Kia Niro I found a few dealerships that had what I was looking for. Ron Tonkin exceeded, by far, my expectations. Doug "The Greek" Daskalos went the extra mile for me. I test drove, ran a few scenarios and wasn't happy with the numbers. I looked around, spoke to some other dealerships where I was treated, for lack of a better description, like a girl. I was talked down to, told what I needed and my requests were ignored or met with insult. When Doug called to check in and see where I was with my journey i explained my frustrations and my needs. Within minutes he found the car I wanted in the color I wanted for the price I wanted. Then he hooked me up with Rebecca in the loan department who whipped up the most miraculous loan and interest rate for me. I got the vehicle I needed, the price and payments I could afford with the best warranty available and all with an interest rate 6.5% less than any scenario offered by any other dealership I looked at. They have relationships and connections. They didn't just submit a credit application they submitted a whole personal profile and worked directly with the lender to create a loan that truly supported my needs. While doing some comparison shopping, at 4 different local Kia dealerships - shopping for a 2020 Kia Rio hatchback, I noticed that every employee, wit While doing some comparison shopping, at 4 different local Kia dealerships - shopping for a 2020 Kia Rio hatchback, I noticed that every employee, with the exception of the employees at this dealership, lacked knowledge of their Kia Rios. Which was a little surprising. On top of that one particular dealership was trying to make the negotiation process unnecessarily confusing, offering an out the door price, then retracting and saying that their offer didn’t include the cost of taxes/fees/title/registration. My encounters with Doug, Ryan and Breez were a very refreshing and much welcomed contrast from the other experiences. They made it easy, and enjoyable. Also they gave me a slightly better price than the other dealerships, they didn’t try to make the negotiating process confusing, they were straight forward. I would highly recommend others to buy through this dealership. Can’t thank the employees enough for their professionalism, expertise, and easy going approach! More

Wasted Time Called 10 minutes before closing Saturday night to confirm a car that they had and price. They tried to sell me something else that I wasn't interested in . You know they probably didn't even have that car there in the first place.. Hope this will help some else in buy a car there. If you don't live there don't waste your time if they tell you they have a certain car, think again. More
