This, after extensive online research trying to find a dependable, well made car that was going to be economical to drive. The Kia Soul was a repeated recommendation. A friend of mine had previously purchased one from Tonkin Kia. I went with her for company, she was expecting a long day. 2 hours and out the door on the road! Her salesman was Nabile. He gave us both his card as we were leaving. Yesterday, three years and a bit later, I sat down with Nabile and had another pleasant car buying experience. Consistent, High Level Customer Service is a hallmark of the Tonkin Group. This was true 35 years ago when I worked for Ed Tonkin. It's very much true today. Thank You Nabile! More

Bought a car from my Couch! Steve called after I did some searching on car sites. Steve got me exactly what I wanted and even drove the car up to my house and picked up my trade-in. The deal took a few hours but I was relaxing on my couch watching TV the whole time, I think I even took a nap. We were waiting on my registration to come in and it came the same day, so I drove down to get the paperwork re-written with the generous discount due to loyalty. I got to meet Breeze then Steve and I talked in the parking lot going over all the adjustable options. Over all I had a pleasant, relaxing experience and got to meet some heroic guys that are not afraid to go to work. More
