This is honestly one of the best dealers I have worked with in my life. Steve (internet sales) was great. The vehicle was ready to review and test drive on arrival and the test drive was designed around with in my life. Steve (internet sales) was great. The vehicle was ready to review and test drive on arrival and the test drive was designed around what I wanted to experience not what they wanted to show me. The negotiation process was quick, direct and honest and I got a great deal I could be proud off. Rebecca the finance manager was also completely stellar. The paperwork was very well prepared and explained and we got through all of it in about 10 minutes. All in I was at the dealership for only about 2 hours and was engaged for most of that time. I would highly recommend this store to anyone! More

Gladstone Kia is one of the better dealership I have ever dealt with. They never pushed us into any decision. It was super laid back. Kept us very well informed during the whole process.
